| Abstract: | Prime Minister Modi's "New India" vision, which has blossomed into a great-power strategy for India's rise, will not only bring about changes in India and in India's relationship with the outside world, but also reshape China-India relations. Building a closer China-India developmental partnership is conducive to mutual enhancement of the two countries' development and complementarity of their respective advantages. |
