| Affiliation: | Dr. Howard is professor of Government and Law at Georgetown University. In addition to numerous journal articles, he is the author of The Weakness of Civil Society in Post‐Communist Europe and The Politics of Citizenship in Europe, both published by Cambridge University Press. Mr. Walters is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Government at Georgetown University. From 2012–2013, he was a Fulbright fellow in Egypt. His work has been published in Perspectives on Politics and the Journal of North African Studies.* |
