北京时间2010年1月13日5时,中美洲国家海地发生里氏7．3级大地震。美好家园瞬间坍塌,一时间,残垣断壁、哀鸿遍野。灾情危急!太平洋彼岸的中国北京迅速行动。同日晚8点,肩负祖国和人民的重托,满怀国际人道主义精神的中国救援队乘坐专机毅然启程,经过20个小时颠簸劳顿抵达海地,并立即展开救援工作。法国媒体惊叹道,第一批抵达海地的救援人员,居然是中国人！比“近在咫尺”的美国人整整早了两个小时!     

多党制不是解决腐败问题的灵丹妙药

较长时期以来,一些西方政要、学界、舆论界一再鼓吹多党制（包括两党制）能够较好解决腐败问题,攻击一些发展中国家的政党制度不仅会形成权力专制,而且容易导致各种腐败。一些西方势力还把持着政党理论的舆论高地,向众多发展中国家进行多党民主的价值观渗透,直至逼迫它们推行多党制。西方的这一套论调有多大可信度？其现实情况又是怎样呢？实践表明：多党制不是也不可能是防治和有效解决腐败问题的灵丹妙药,西方多党制本身也难以解决腐败问题。
