当代俄罗斯青年政治组织述评

在东欧中亚四国发生的颜色革命的影响下,2000年以来,在当代俄罗斯出现了青年政治组织活跃的浪潮。深入分析各种青年政治组织的纲领主张、组织结构、行动特点以及它们的发展趋势,对于切实把握俄罗斯青年状况、全面了解俄罗斯政治形势具有重要意义。     

拉美左翼缘何兴起

过去10年间,拉美政治向左转向,越来越多的总统来自中间偏左政党。通过研究1975年至2007年间18个拉美国家100次选举的样本,文章考察了解释总统的政治意识形态的政治、社会与经济因素。文章的主要观点有:第一,农产品、矿产品、石油产品的丰富与一国出现来自中间偏左政党的总统呈显著的正相关。但是,石油出口因素仅对委内瑞拉有效。第二,过去的政治歧视和政府危机也与向左转呈显著的正相关。尽管当现任总统是保守主义者时贸易开放的影响消失,但贸易开放及前任总统来自右翼对出现一个更为自由的总统的可能性有负向影响。第三,当右翼总统任期出现政府危机时,在紧随而至的任期内出现左翼总统的可能性将大大增加。     

关于东欧左翼政治力量演变的若干问题

苏东剧变后十余年中 ,东欧国家左翼政治力量的发展演变大致经历了三个阶段。在东欧政治经济和社会转型过程中 ,东欧左翼政治力量既无力也无意改变社会发展的总体方向 ,但却承担了塑造东欧正在形成的资本主义的历史任务 ,因而同西欧左翼力量相比 ,扮演了不同的政治角色 ,发挥了不同的作用。东欧左翼政治力量的起落沉浮 ,是由其内部的和外部的种种制约因素所决定的。     

全民党危机、政治机会与德国左翼党的前景

在2009大选年,德国左翼党在联邦大选和许多州议会选举中取得了令人瞩目的成绩。这不仅推动了德国向五党并立的政党体制演进和政党联盟的重新划分组合,而且也鼓舞了欧洲左翼力量的发展。适逢两大全民党日益陷入危机以及德国社会结构发生分化,左翼党坚持社会公正与和平主义的新党形象,紧紧抓住这个政治机会,取得了良好的成绩。但是,左翼党本身还面临许多问题,要实现与社民党在联邦层面结盟的时机还未成熟。     

团结左翼,重新建立共产党——意大利共产党人党第六次全国代表大会述评

意大利共产党人党第六次全国代表大会分析了深陷危机的意大利经济形势和充满不确定性因素的意大利政治局势,提出了应对危机的建议以及与意重建共进行政治联盟的必要性,并在此基础上提出了重新建立一支统一的意大利共产党的党建目标。在总结对外联系成就的同时,也提出了在全欧洲建立统一共产主义组织的希望。意共产党人党六大对其在工会组织中影响力微弱的判断,是目前多数发达资本主义国家共产党与工人运动关系的缩影。     

政治变局下西欧左翼社会运动的发展动向

全球化与信息化的发展极大改变了西欧国家的产业结构和选民社会结构,带来社会生产生活方式变革,各类社会运动成为引领和代言民意的重要渠道,对政党形态提出强劲挑战。西欧的左翼社会运动自21世纪以来形成一定声势,其组织和动员方式明显有别于传统政党,并在取得一定成功后发展成为拥有独特运作模式的新型政党。比较法国、意大利、西班牙、德国等主要西欧国家左翼社会运动的基本特征和背后驱动力,有助于深刻认识当前西欧左翼社会运动和新型左翼政党的制度创新,以及西欧左翼思潮的背后逻辑和未来走向。     

Electronic Resources and the Study of Political Elites in Russia

Developments in the information society in Russia have led to the creation of an abundance of online primary texts by political actors and institutions. This article surveys a large selection of official electronic texts with the aim of encouraging more extensive use of online sources and easing researchers' navigation of Russian politicians' use of the internet. While the authors do not claim that online data can replace the insights gained from elite interviews, the article suggests that online texts could be used more extensively as a valuable addition to existing methods applied to the study of Russian political elites.     

Health Service Organization in the UK: a Political Economy Approach

This paper revisits Harrison and Wood's (1999) account of health service organizational design in the UK to bring that account up to date. It also attempts to broaden it through an increased use of the political economy perspective it incorporated. As a consequence, the paper presents a number of alternative findings to Harrison and Wood, reconsidering their analysis of organization from 'blueprint' to 'design', and finding that Jessop's framework, utilizing the movement from the Keynesian Welfare National State toward the Schumpeterian Workfare Postnational Regime ( Jessop 1999 ), is more appropriate in explaining the reasons underpinning change in health services in the UK, and also in demonstrating their likely future direction.

The Russian March: Investigating the Symbolic Dimension of Political Performance in Modern Russia

In this study I analyse the Russian March—a political performance which emerged in 2005 and which has developed from a protest ritual into one of the most important public and visible events organised by the Russian ultranationalist movement. The focus of the current analysis is the symbolic structure of the march, which is examined at three levels—cognitive, emotive and archetypal. The case study of the development of the Russian March highlights the paradoxes of the politics of performativity in Russia as well as the interaction between ideological codes and discursive frames in the Russian nationalist movement.     

How Political Opportunities Strengthen the Far Right: Understanding the Rise in Far-Right Militancy in Russia

This article provides an overview of recent activities of the far right in Russia (2004–2006) and shows how formal organisations of the far right interact with skinhead subcultures and local communities. It argues that government actions have facilitated an increase in recent far-right militancy (2004–2006) in Russia: the authorities have provided the far-right with political opportunities that their organisations use to coordinate further actions, recruit new members and gain visibility.
