今年 7月 1日 ,是中国共产党诞生 80周年纪念日。回顾祖国母亲的沧桑巨变 ,追溯中华民族百年不懈奋斗的历史进程 ,是中国共产党领导人民结束了国家一盘散沙、四分五裂、任人宰割的状况 ,从根本上改变了中华民族的命运 ;是中国共产党带领人民自力更生、艰苦奋斗 ,改变了一穷二白的面貌 ,走上了通过改革开放实现社会主义现代化的康庄大道 ;是中国共产党在世界社会主义运动处于低潮中 ,顶住压力 ,砥柱中流 ,打开局面 ,使社会主义中国巍然屹立于世界东方。中国共产党的 80年 ,是把马克思主义与中国实际相结合、探索救国图强真理、开辟民族振兴道…     

纪念辛亥革命百年 推进民主政治发展

辛亥革命推翻了帝制,要走民主政治之路,前一件事取得了成功,后一件事却没有完成。民主政治要全面实行和推进,主要在于两个基本条件,一个是执政者和执政党的民主实践意愿和决心,一个是经济市场化作为民主政治赖以生存的经济基础。这两者对于当时的中国来说都是欠缺的。世界上任何一个国家在走向民主政治的进程中,执政者及执政党与市场化经济、政治民主化之间的发展都不是均衡的,形成民主政治发展的五种走向模式。当代中国发展民主政治应实行第五种模式,即在先推进经济市场化的情况下,适时跟进政治体制改革,推动政治民主化。中国政治民主化的实现,要依靠积极稳妥地推进政治体制改革,现在应首先着手启动县级以下行政区域范围内的政治体制改革。

小岗精神的历史形成、科学内涵与时代价值——纪念改革开放40周年

小岗精神,是以小岗村为载体所展现的改革精神。小岗精神,是正反对比的历史经验、思想解放的改革萌动、周边地区的实践探索、小岗村人的敢为人先、各级领导的包容支持等诸多因素综合作用的结果。小岗精神,一是率先改革的"大包干精神",二是再次改革的"沈浩精神"。大包干精神,是小岗人和各级领导共同创立的敢为人先的改革精神、坚持真理的无畏精神、忠诚守信的契约精神、调查研究的求实精神、为民服务的担当精神、与时俱进的开拓精神;沈浩精神,是沈浩带领小岗人进行再次改革的忠诚为民的公仆精神、扎根基层的献身精神、坚持改革的创新精神、艰苦奋斗的清廉精神。前者是核心,后者是升华,二者一脉相承,相得益彰,共同组成改革特征鲜明的小岗精神。小岗精神具有重大的时代价值,即小岗精神是群众路线实践的典型体现、是全面深化改革的不竭动力、是乡村振兴战略的鲜活教材。     

International Dimensions of Legitimacy: Reflections on Western Theories and the Chinese Experience

Western legitimacy theories have mostly focused on the nation-state and the domestic aspects of political legitimacy. However, with the acceleration of globalization, a dimension of legitimacy has come into view that has previously been largely neglected in political science: the international dimension. While the interdependence of nation-states at the global level might put some constraints on the (re)production of legitimacy domestically, it simultaneously allows them to leverage their global standing to gain legitimacy abroad and at home. China is the most prominent example of the growing importance of this dynamic link between internal and external legitimacy. The paper starts with a critical reflection on the prevalent Western legitimacy theories. Based on these reflections, it introduces a new approach which aims to differentiate analytically between internal and external legitimation strategies and to examine the two-level logic linking the two.     

Race as Category Crisis: Whiteness and the Topical Assignation of Race

In this essay, I examine whiteness along two different axes. First, I discuss, in the context of Richard Dyer's White , the manner in which discussions of whiteness tend to be decontextualised and dehistoricised. Fundamentally, in White , whiteness is represented in terms of a homogeneous and self-identical category. In the second part of my essay, I focus on how racialised bodies, once they are situated within a specific historico-cultural context, complicate and problematise unitary and homogenised concepts of whiteness. I argue that the power and endurace of whiteness emerges out of its historical dispersions and geo-political mobility.

2008年受美国金融风暴的冲击，全国的许多企业经营发生了严重困难甚至导致破产倒闭。万幸的是中国经济较平稳地度过劫难。在进入后国际金融危机时期，直面金融风暴冲击过程中劳动关系领域的种种险象，我们得到了诸多启示。
