学习贯彻实施民族区域自治法加快少数民族和民族自治地方的发展

本文结合贵州民族地区实际,就民族区域自治法的实施对贵州少数民族和民族自治地方 产生的现实作用和实践经验作了总结性阐述,文童着重对如何学习和贯彻修改后的民族区域自治法,加快 贵州少数民族和民族地区社会发展提出了对策性建议。     

中国少数民族和民族地区城镇化研究文献综述及展望

该文首次提出"少数民族和民族地区城镇化"概念,通过文献研究,结合城镇化浪潮历史背景回顾总结了不同时期该领域研究的主要内容,并着重梳理了已有研究成果中对少数民族和民族地区城镇化的客观条件、模式选择、动力机制以及相关影响等方面的阐述,从而在此基础上作出对该领域研究的评价和展望。

Over half of China's primary and secondary educators are women,and female teachers account for an even larger proportion in primary and junior middle schools,according to a recent national survey on teaching staff of primary and secondary schools.The survey,conducted by researchers from Beijing Normal University,revealed that by the end of 2009,women had rose to 52.93 percent of all full-time teachers in primary and middle schools.     

近代视野下西部民族地区的城市发展——以甘宁青区域为考察对象

在现代性因素的“跃进”性扩散下,以洋务运动为先声,19世纪后期的甘宁青地区也开始了缓慢而曲折的早期现代化进程,城市亦随之出现转型并得到一定发展。但是,由于自然地理环境的先天不足,再加上长期战乱不断、对民族关系问题的认识偏差等后天的人为主观能动性的缺失,较之东、中部等地区而言,近代甘宁青地区的城市发展又表现出明显的滞后性:不仅城市发展缓慢,而且城市早期现代化水平也十分有限,这种滞后的城市发展又对区域的发展造成了严重的消极影响。
