城中村青年作为我国城市化进程中的新兴群体,在与城市市民的互动过程中出现了社群隔离现象,导致其陷入权利贫困、能力贫困和动力贫困状态,严重阻碍了城中村青年农民群体融入城市社会的历史进程。社会融合是消除社群隔离、促进和谐共融、实现社会公正的根本途径,是城中村社会管理的终极目标,同时也是激发城中村青年群体强劲发展活力和动力的根本保证。

作为新生代农民工的重要组成部分,现代打工妹群体的城市化历程具有特别的考察意义。通过对合肥市餐饮业打工妹的城市融入历程的考察,透过打工妹的务工境况、生活状态、心路历程及其发展境遇,凸现其生动多面的城市化历程;以多层面的社会学诠释路径,透析新生代农民工群体城市融入历程的社会机理;以多视角的分析向度,探究新生代农民工城市化的多重阻遏因素。     

中国社会政策调整与农民工城市融入

农民工群体正在发生整体性变迁,应加快"事实城市化"、"事实市民化"的进程。从社会政策角度看,农民工处于"半城市化"状态的关键在于,其融入社会的公平性存在诸多问题。不仅如此,中国社会政策对于农民工群体还存在较为严重的缺位,即使涵盖农民工的社会政策,很多也没有得到很好落实。农民工现在与城市社会之间出现种种张力,给当前社会政策提出许多新的挑战。加快社会政策的整体性改革和创新,构建以社会公正为机制的社会主义公民权体系,是解决农民工问题的不二选择。     

新生代农民工认同危机的理性考量

新生代农民工融入城市是历史的必然,但其在融入城市的进程中出现身份、文化、制度、心理等多方面的认同危机,导致新生代农民工对社会不满、社会隔离、未来速茫、整体挫折感等不良社会后果.因此,常要从社会发展理念、社会支持系统和新生代农民工素质等多角度来破解认同危机.化解社会排斥.     

“农民工市民化”与城市治理体系的重构

城市化进程中的"农民工市民化"及其"一体化融入"城市,将是中国全面现代化的巨大进步,也无疑是中国未来一二十年内最大的治理问题和政治问题,这不仅事关产业升级和经济发展,也事关社会分层和社会稳定,更事关政治发展和民主化建设。而现有的户籍制度、教育医疗体系和各种社会保障制度,构成了"农民工"深度融入城市的制度性壁垒,加之"农民工"自身的局限和融入条件,使"农民工市民化"及其"一体化融入"城市艰难复杂。未来中国的城市化进程,"农民工市民化"及其"一体化融入"城市必然涉及经济、政治、社会和文化"一体融入"的制度改革和政策调整,也要求城市治理体系的深化改革与重新构建。     

社会资本视角下的农民工城市生活意愿探究

发达国家有关经验表明,一个地区的城市化伴随着农村人口向城市人口的转移,在这一转移过程中,农村人口的生活方式和观念必然得到更新。作为我国城市化进程中的特殊产物,农民工群体受到了诸多学者的关注。当前对农民工群体的研究重点主要集中于农民工个体权益的保护、农民工群体的城市融合以及农民工群体进城后所产生的问题等,而对农民工城市生活意愿的研究相对较少。本文通过2014年在全国范围内取得的农民工数据,在社会资本的理论视角下,运用SPSS Statics和SPSS Modeler两种数据分析工具,发现影响农民工城市意愿的主要因素是农民工的社会互动,而社会支持、社会信任和社会网络也在不同程度上对农民工的生活意愿产生着影响。     

新生代农民工有何新诉求

随着我国现代化建设步伐的加快和新型城镇化的推进,大量新生代农民工向城市转移,成为城市化进程中不可或缺的力量。新生代农民工在参与城市建设的同时,也产生了更多发展诉求。我们应关注这一群体的生存状态,不断提升新生代农民工群体融入城市的能力,使其有更多获得感。     

试析新生代少数民族农民工的社会融入——以乌鲁木齐市为例

随着我国城市化的发展,新生代农民工日渐成为农民工群体的主力,在城市建设中扮演着重要角色。以新疆乌鲁木齐市新生代少数民族农民工作为研究对象,以他们在城市融入中的社会层面作为研究视角,分析与研究新生代少数民族农民工如何克服社会交往"内卷化"、可动用社会资源匮乏、社会歧视严重这些社会融入方面的壁垒,从而让他们在为城市建设添砖加瓦的同时,也能更好、更快地融入城市生活,并真正享受到城市发展的文明成果。
