湖北等六省(区)规模化猪场猪衣原体病的监测

用衣原体间接血凝试验（ＩＨＡ）对采自六省（区）部分大、中型猪场的１１０２份猪血清检测结果，猪群衣原体抗体阳性检出率河北省为５２．７１％，陕西省为４０．９１％，甘肃省为１６．５０％，宁夏回族自治区为２７．４４％，河南省为２８．００％，湖北省为３１．８８％；另外，对湖北省某地３个万头猪场中不同年龄猪群检测猪衣原体抗体，仔猪的平均检出率为９．２６％（６．６７％～１０．５３％），生长肥育猪为４５．２８％（３５．００％～６４．７１％），母猪为６４．９１％（４７．３７％～８５．７１％）；从母猪流产胎儿病料和哺乳期肺炎死亡仔猪肺中分离出３株鹦鹉热衣原体（Ｃｈｌａｍｙｄｉａｐｓｉｔａｃｉ），其中２株流产株（ＨＢ１和ＨＢ２）的ＥＬＤ５０均为１×１０－１３，肺炎株（ＨＢ３）为１×１０－１２。     

宁夏鸡隐孢子虫病调查及人工感染试验

１９９４年８月至１９９６年１０月，对宁夏回族自治区银南、银北、固原３地区１２县（市）５４个鸡场共计４５９０４只鸡进行了隐孢子虫感染情况抽样调查。结果，隐孢子虫阳性率达３６．８１％（２１２／５７６），其中蛋用鸡阳性率为３７．５３％（１４０／３７３），肉用鸡阳性率为３６．２３％（５０／１３８），差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）；银南、银北、固原三地区阳性率分别为５４．５５％（６／１１），４１．９４％（１９５／４６５）和１１．００％（１１／１００），银南地区感染率显著高于固原地区（Ｐ＜０．０１）。用从自然感染鸡中收集的隐孢子虫卵囊人工感染雏鸡９批次，感染鸡排卵潜伏期３～１３ｄ，平均７ｄ；排卵持续期１４～３４ｄ，平均２４ｄ；其症状与自然病例相似。通过卵囊形态学鉴定，认为宁夏鸡感染的隐孢子虫属贝氏隐孢子虫（Ｃｒｙｐｔｏｓｏｐｏｒｉｄｉｕｍｂａｉｌｅｙｉ）。     

鸡痘病毒282F_4弱毒株基因组BamHⅠ片段的克隆与分析

采用鸟枪法克隆鸡痘病毒（Ｆｏｗｌｐｏｘｖｉｒｕｓ，ＦＰＶ）基因组ＢａｍＨⅠ部分片段，用Ｔｈｇｏｘｉｇｅｎｉｎ一ｄＵＴＰ标记的ＦＰＶ２８２Ｆ_４弱毒株ＢａｍＨⅠ片段探针，点杂交，证实２２个克隆插入了ＦＰＶ２８２Ｅ_４弱毒抹ＤＮＡ的ＢａｍＨⅠ片段，选取具有代表性的大小不同的６个质粒ｐＵＡ、ｎＵＢ、ｐＵＣ、ｐＵＤ、ｐＵＥ、ｐＵＦ。６个质粒插入的片段Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄ、Ｅ、Ｆ分别为７．３，４．９．４．２，３．６，３．２，３．０ｋｂ，分别以ＣｌａⅠ、ＥｃｏＲⅠ、ＥｃｏＲＶ、ＨｉｎｄⅡ、ＰｓｔⅠ、ＳａｃⅠ、ＳａｃⅠ、ＳｍａⅠ、ＸｈｏⅠ进行单酶切，又经适当组合酶切。实验结果表明，在各片段在在的单酶切位点为Ａ：ＥｃｏＲⅠ、ＳａｃⅠ、ＸｈⅠ位点；Ｂ：ＥｃｏＲⅠ、ＸｈⅠ、ＨｉｎｄⅡ位点；Ｃ：ＣｌａⅠ、ＳａｃⅠ、ＳａｌⅠ位点；Ｄ：ＳａｌⅠ、ＰｓｔⅠ位点；Ｅ：ＥｃｏＲＶ位点；Ｆ：ＥｃｏＲＶ位点。逃出７．３ｋｂ片段，选取片段中单一酶切位点ＢｇｌⅡ，插入痘苗病毒（ｖａｃｃｉｎｉａｖｉｒｕｓ，ｖｖ）Ｐ_７，５启动于和Ｐ_１１启动子控制下的报告基因ＬａｃＺ，构建成时时表达载体质粒，通过与ＦＰＶ２８２Ｅ_４株转染鸡胚成纤维细胞，一生的重组病毒，可以表

河北省长角血蜱的区系调查及季节动态观察

通过野外定点观察发现长角血蜱（Ｈａｅｍａｐｈｙｓａｌｉｓｌｏｎｇｉｃｏｒｎｉｓ）是河北省危害家畜的主要蜱种，分布于该省西部的太行山和北部的燕山地区，牛、羊是其主要宿主。该蜱以饥饿的成虫、若虫越冬，每年从３月下旬开始活动侵袭畜体，最迟１１月中旬消失。若虫在４月底到６月中旬为活动盛期，成虫在６月下旬至７月下旬为活动盛期，幼虫在８月中旬至９月下旬为活动盛期。该蜱的３个活跃期以幼虫阶段对外界和主要灭蜱剂的耐受性最低。     

鸡住白细胞虫病的流行特点及防制

鸡住白细胞原虫病 (Ｌｅｕｃｏｃｙｔｏｚｏｏｎｏｓｉｓ)又名白冠病 ,是由库蠓 (小黑蚊 )和蚋为媒介的原虫所引起的疾病。病原进入家禽体内后在血细胞及局部组织发育 ,造成贫血、内脏肿胀和出血等病变。1　流行病学调查1.1　病原　住白细胞原虫属 (Ｌｅｕｃｏｃｙｔｏｚｏｏｎ)共有 6 7种住白细胞原虫 ,在我国仅发现寄生于鸡的 2个种 ,即卡氏住白细胞虫和沙氏住白细胞虫 ,其生活史和疟原虫很相似。本病的发生常和作为媒介的库蠓活动季节密切相关 ,在我国南方 4— 6月份流行 ,而在河北省冀南地区多在 7— 9月份流行。1.2　发病特点　从我校…     

小熊猫接种犬瘟热疫苗后的抗体检

以犬用犬瘟热（ＣＤ）弱毒疫苗接种从产地新引入南京市玄武湖动物园的２只小熊猫（Ａ组），在接种后１１个月内每月采血１次，用微量中和试验检测其体内抗犬瘟热病毒（ＣＤＶ）抗体效价。结果显示，小熊猫接种后１个月时抗体效价已达１∶１０００左右，２个月时效价最高，达１∶２０００左右，而后缓慢下降，至７和１１个月时分别约为１∶１００和１∶２０。同时检测了以前接种过同一疫苗的３只该动物园自己繁育的小熊猫（Ｂ组）和福州市动物园内的６只小熊猫（Ｃ组）的ＣＤＶ中和抗体效价，其效价变化类似于Ａ组。这些小熊猫在接种前均确认健康，在试验期间同样的饲养条件下未发生ＣＤ，提示犬用ＣＤ疫苗可用于小熊猫的ＣＤ预防，其产生的有效免疫力至少可持续６个月。     

图们江下游部分牧场硬蜱区系及生态特点调查

对图们江下游部分牧场黄牛体表寄生蜱调查表明，该地区的蜱有血蜱属长角血蜱（Ｈａｅｍａｐｈｙｓａｌｉｓｌｏｎｇｉｃｏｒｎｉｓ）和硬蜱属全沟硬蜱（Ｉｘｏｄｅｓｐｅｒｓｕｌｃａｔｕｓ），２种蜱分别占９３．２１％和６．７７％；黄牛的感染率为１００％，感染强度为１２１～３２７０只；在２个硬蜱生境地带２种蜱的分布基本相同。当地优势种长角血蜱在宿主体表的分布无规律性，但以宿主前躯寄生数量较多。长角血蜱的若虫、成虫每年５月中旬至６月上旬为活动盛期，这与该地区牛瑟氏泰勒虫病的发病季节一致。

高原鼠兔寄生蠕虫的调查

Most of the pages are devoted to a detailed comparison between the old generation and the young generation of American China Watchers regarding to their background, education, and views over China.
