China-Singapore Friendship Association Founded

China-Singapore FriendshipAssociation (CSFA) wasformally founded on April 29,1999. Xu Kongrang, president ofthe CSFA, Zhu Zuoman andZhang Qing, vice presidents of theAssociation, and all the councilmembers attended the inauguralreception.
