浅谈编辑工作在现阶段的作用

本文从编辑队伍的现状出发,分析了编辑的社会作用、导向作用和主观能动作用,提出了提高编辑工作者综合素质的重要途径,同时阐述了在社会主义市场经济条件下,编辑工作应如何适应新形势需要的几点思考。
