工科院校创新教育的理论探索与模式构建

工科创新教育模式是指建立在素质教育和学生个性发展基础上,工科院校采取各种教育手段培养学生创新素质、提高学生创新能力和水平,最终以培养适应二十一世纪需求的创新型人才为目标的高等教育模式。工科创新教育模式的构建就是把创新教育作为一项完整的系统工程加以对待,在素质教育思想的指导下,坚持专业教育与基础教育相结合,理论教育与社会实践相结合,专业技术培养与人文精神塑造相结合的原则,通过对学校教育教学的目标课程体系、教育方法和手段以及校园文化等诸多要素进行较为深刻的变革,使整体上形成一种在过程和结果上都具有创新特征的教育环境和教育氛围,并在不断的实践操作中逐渐形成具有规律性行为特征的教育表达方式。     

论高校教育创新

创新是人类社会发展的动力,是知识经济发展的动力源泉。开发人的创造性、培养人的创新能力是教育本质的功能。培养有创新精神和创新能力的高级专门人才,是高等教育的核心目标。创新教育是与接受教育相对而言的,以继承为基础、发展为目的,以培养创新性人才为价值取向的新型教育。因此,必须进一步深化教育教学改革,全面实施创新教育,开展教育创新。
