公民法律意识--法治之精神力量

依法治国需要法治之精神内力即法治精神,法治精神是在法与国家和权力交互作用时,人们对这一关系所选择的价值标准和持有的稳定心态,表现为尚法理念、法律权威的认同等,是法治必不可少的构件之一[1].在现实生活中,这种精神要件主要源于公民法律意识,公民法律意识是培植法治的重要土壤.     

纳税人意识概念的法层次分析

"税收是文明的对价",税收就是将国家和纳税人个体结成为一个纽带连接到一起。在税收产生的进程中,随着法治、平等、公平等理念的出现,在现代法治国家中,必然要求纳税人意识的产生。何为纳税人意识,本文将从三个方面具体阐述纳税人意识的内涵。

When young G's parents learned that their son had passed his entrance exam for the technical school he wanted to go to, they asked to see the principal. No law or regulation obliged them to do so, but they preferred to inform the institution that their son was seropositive. Their choice was based on their desire to avoid any future speculation, and they also considered it preferable to let those who would be in daily charge of their son know about his condition. Unfortunately, the principal reacted by denying their son admission to the school.     

医学生临床法律意识和能力的调查及分析

2008年教育部、卫生部联合印发了《本科医学教育标准——临床医学专业（试行）》（教高[2008]9号）文件,指出本科临床医学专业毕业生必须树立依法行医的法律观念,学会用法律保护病人和自身的权益。本文通过对250名在校医学生的法律意识和能力的调查统计,反映出现在医学院校中医学法律教育存在的问题,并针对问题提出了应加强医学生在校基础理论教育阶段、准备临床实习前期、临床实习阶段三个重要阶段的医学法律教育。
