最近,胡锦涛同志在省部级主要领导干部专题研讨班开班式上的讲话强调,在新的历史条件下,我们要继续推进中国特色社会主义,必须不断丰富中国特色社会主义的实践特色、理论特色、民族特色、时代特色。这是中央领导集体对中国特色社会主义的四大特色第一次系统阐释,对于科学理解和始终坚持中国特色社会主义有着重要的理论价值和现实意义。如果有人要问,是什么东西指引着中国改革开放事业取得了一个又一个辉煌成就?回答只有一个,那就是我们开辟了中国特色社会主义道路,形成了中国特色社会主义理论体系,确立了中国特色社会主义制度。也就是说,正是中国特色社会主义这面旗帜指引着中国改革开放事业不断向前
