普陀区检察院结合“专项整改”——建立有序有效办案机制

今年以来，普陀人民检察院按照上级检察机关部署，在开展的“规范执法行为，促进执法公正”专项整改活动中，紧紧围绕高检院提出的“强化法律监督，维护公平正义”的工作主题，结合刑检部门的办案特点，在加大工作力度，提高执法水平和办案质量上下功夫，建立了“三、二、一”衔接有序、严密有效的办案机制，不断促进办案水平和质量的提高。

今年以来，虹口区检察院围绕“强化法律监督，维护公平正义”的检察工作主题，根据高检院加强法律监督能力建设和“规范执法行为，促进执法公正”专项整改工作的要求，积极构建“用制度保障办案规范，用督导督查引导办案规范，用流程管理监控办案规范，用评估考核促进办案规范”的“四位一体”办案规范化保障体系，切实提高办案质量和法律监督水平，促进执法规范化——     

关于《监狱执法文书》教学内容与方法的改革

《监狱执法文书》课程属于应用写作学科,同时也是一门专业性十分强的专业课。其学科的设置目的,旨在培养学员的专业应用写作能力和执法办案能力。在教学中坚持“讲练结合,以练为主”这一教学模式,改变了以往“满堂灌”、“一言堂”的教学方式,形成了师生互动、教学相长的新局面。教学内容与方法的改革实践同学员专业能力的培养提高相适应,得以协调发展。     

甘肃张掖甘州:从规范到示范 执法办案实现新跨越

“犯罪嫌疑人一到执法办案管理中心就上了‘流水线’,高科技、集约化带来了高效率和规范化。”谈起甘肃省张掖市公安局甘州分局执法办案管理中心的执法流程,甘州分局法制大队大队长赵吉军这样说。执法办案管理中心是民警执法的“核心枢纽”。近年来,张掖市公安局甘州分局聚焦法治公安建设,努力将执法办案管理中心硬件建设和制度建设一体谋划、同步推进,把“一站式”办案、“一体化”运行、“精准化”监督贯穿执法办案全过程,全局执法办案效率和质量得到明显提升。     

公安“两制”改革与执法机制的完善

派出所与刑侦改革过程中,暴露出一些问题:民警素质一时难以适应“一警多能”要求;破案与办案矛盾突出,办案质量有所下降;执法监督力度减弱。为解决以上问题,必须抓紧制定各类工作规范,使民警进一步明确各自的工作职责、范围、要求;必须加强全过程的执法监督,全面落实执法责任制,实现公安执法机制建设与“两制”改革同步发展。

<正>常言,字如其人。这是源于西汉文学家杨雄讲的一句名言,“书,心画也”。就是说书法是人的心理描绘,是用线条来表达和抒发作者情感心绪变化的。在政协全国委员会全体会议上,胡卫委员曾提交一份《关于扎实提高小学生写字水平的建议》的提案。胡委员提出,虽然汉字书写在这几年得到了更多的重视,以刚性要求学生人人写好字。但放眼全国,不少小学生的写字水平仍达不到国家语文课程标准要求。写字要从小抓,小学是重点。错过小学阶段,就比较难写出好字了。就此胡委员建议,要改革课程设置,小学生从小练毛笔。     

牢固树立社会主义法治理念切实加强基层公安机关执法能力建设

在加强基层基础建设中,必须把树立社会主义法治理念,增强执法能力,提高执法质量列入重要的工作内容,作为检验建设成效的主要标准。基层公安机关作为打击犯罪的第一道防线、执法办案的第一道程序、执法公正的第一个窗口、基层基础建设的第一位主体,必须树立法治意识、民本意识、责任意识,提高执法办案、信息应用、群众工作能力,进一步完善认证制度、考评制度、追究制度。     

反馈在射击教学训练中的作用

反馈,在各项运动技能形成中,都具有极其重要的作用。同理,反馈在人民警察手枪射击教学训练中,能够有效地提高教学效果、促进学员射击技能的形成,使学员尽快掌握动作要领、纠正不足和错误的动作,从而提高动作质量、提高射击水平。
