中国共产党对富农问题的探索

"富农"这一词是外来词汇,是从近代才开始引用到中国的,由于他出现的时间短,人们对他的定义不准确,他常常同义于小地主、自耕农或中农。中国共产党对它的认识经历了从不成熟到成熟的阶段,对富农的政策也经历了中立、打击、联合三个阶段。     

中国共产党与大学文化

中国共产党在不同历史时期都与大学文化结下了深厚的不解之缘。“五四”时期的大学文化精神孕育了中国新文化发端,为中国共产党的诞生创造了思想、组织条件;中国共产党在延安创办的新型大学,赋予了大学文化以抗战精神和革命精神;在党的改革开放路线下,中国大学得到了迅猛发展,大学文化焕发出生机和活力。在中国共产党抚育下的大学文化,表现出推动当代中国先进文化发展的强大力量。     

俄共复兴社会主义目标的途径和手段

普京执政以来俄共先后进行了三次策略性调整，探索新形势下实现重掌政权、复兴社会主义目标的途径和手段。俄共强调，要重建社会主义，必须首先要宣传社会主义制度；俄共要在社会中树立新的形象，改进工作方法，密切党与群众的联系。     

Organisational Continuity and Electoral Endurance: The Communist Party of Cyprus

Many scholars have identified stateless nationalist and regionalist parties (SNRPs) as ardent supporters of Europe. This support has been explained as a result of positive developments in supranational integration that convinced these actors that Europe could facilitate the achievement of their territorial demands. Other work, however, leads to an expectation that SNRPs that mobilise within island regions that are geographically distant from the European centre of power (Brussels) will adopt more Eurosceptic positions. This article aims to test these competing hypotheses about the positioning of SNRPs on Europe. It does so by examining the attitudes of SNRPs in two island regions in the Mediterranean: Corsica and Sardinia. The findings suggest that SNRPs in both places cannot be adequately categorised as either Europhile or Eurosceptic. The article examines the role of several context- and actor-specific factors in shaping the complex positioning of island nationalists in Corsica and Sardinia on the issue of Europe.     

Memory and partisan identity: the case of the French Communist Party

Abstract. The French Communist Party pays particular attention to the writing and the recounting of its own history. Its militants consent often to an important training effort. The understanding of historical memory by the dimension which connects French Communism to 'true socialism', would prohibit reasoning which would have an objective of re-instating the memory of French Communists as an element of a partisan identity, rather than the falsification of which the nature of history might have been the object. Maurice Halbwach's notion of 'collective memory' fits this project. Consequently, some elements of the party's historical memory, especially autobiographies of communist party leaders, are compared to the opinions or life experiences collected from militants. In this comparison between published memories and oral life stories, models and constant themes appear. But one must also insist on the discrepancies between interviews, and on the differences between life stories and published autobiographies. If autobiographies provided life patterns founded on invariable elements and methods of historical interpretation, other factors were of influence, such as how long the subject has belonged to the party, the family continuity in the partisan group, school background.     

中共成立前后俄共(布)、共产国际对中国工会问题的考察

工会问题是深入讨论俄共(布)、共产国际对中共早期革命影响的关键切入点.本文的讨论挖掘出长期被学界忽略的一个重要侧面,即反映中共领导工运和工会发展的讯息,也是俄共(布)与共产国际派使者来华调查,力图发动城市革命所格外重视的内容.本文在梳理中共建立前后俄共(布)、共产国际获得中国革命讯息各条路径的基础上,将苏俄对中国工会情况接收与回应的动态发展过程予以清晰呈现,从中也反映出相较于以往更为丰富的、中共建党前后的工会发展实态.     

制度自信与制度自觉：中国共产党对民主集中制的百年探索

民主集中制是保证中国共产党有效领导中国革命、建设、改革开放的根本制度。建党百年来,经过几代中国共产党人对民主集中制的理论创新和实践探索,建立在制度自信之上的民主集中制在实践中不断发展,实践中的制度自觉支撑着民主集中制的制度优势和根本地位,形成了客观需求与主观自省双重驱动下的民主集中制中国化的基本经验。新时代坚持和完善民主集中制,需要继续结合制度自信和制度自觉的路径,坚持完善体制机制,不断优化流程环节,将民主集中制的制度优势进一步转化为管党治党、治国理政的治理效能。     

中国共产党与社会民主党建党思想的区别

中国共产党第十六次全国代表大会在坚持马克思主义建党思想的基础上,与时俱进,开拓创新,对党的理论纲领、入党条件、组织制度和发展战略等进行了调整。有人认为,中国共产党正在社会民主党化。因此,从理论上认清中国共产党和社会民主党的根本区别是十分必要的。其实,二者在党的性质,指导思想,奋斗目标,组织原则和入党条件等方面存在着根本区别。     

Conservative Party Modernisation and David Cameron's Politics of the Family

A key feature of David Cameron's electoral appeal is his carefully cultivated image as a ‘family man’. Cameron has repeatedly stressed the importance of the family to his political views and stated his desire to see marriage rewarded through the tax system. At the same time, Cameron has presented himself as a modernising leader, keen to demonstrate that he and his party are in touch with contemporary society. Central to this effort to detoxify the Conservative brand has been an emphasis on social liberalism. The potential conflict between these two objectives reflects the division in the party between social liberals and traditionalists, which has become increasingly apparent over the past decade. This article examines Conservative party policy and rhetoric on social and moral issues since 1997, particularly gay rights and family policy. It notes that a significant divide remains in the Conservative party between social liberals and traditionalists, so in this respect Cameron's modernisation project remains far from complete.

近代的中国是一头沉睡的雄狮,无力靠自身的力量觉醒,任凭列强宰割却无力反抗,直到在党的思想引领下终于觉醒,并不断成长壮大。思想建设是党的基础性建设,在此关键节点,纵观中国共产党思想引领中国的百年历程,回顾百年来党的思想引领力在不同历史时期所起关键导向作用,总结诸多宝贵经验,对于当前新矛盾、新问题的解决与中国特色社会主义理论创新,有着重要的借鉴意义。
