论我国刑事诉讼中的人权保护

加强刑事诉讼中的人权保护,对正确适用法律,维护诉讼公正,实现人权有重要的现实意义.人权保障制度在刑事诉讼法中得到较好的体现.为进一步完善刑事诉讼中的人权保护,建议严格执法;制定证人保护法;规范法医鉴定;提前实行法律援助;做到死刑复核程序公开化、透明化;扩大检察监督的范围;防治个案监督提起的随意性.     

警察职业道德标准与人权保护
