学报学术论文摘要探析

在学报来稿中, 多数作者论文摘要常常出现层次不清, 重点不突出, 重复标题或过于笼统等问题。为 此, 对摘要的概念及重要性、以及其与提要、文摘和编者按类似文体进行了界定和区别, 得出学术论文摘要是一篇 简练准确的具有自明性的不附加解释或评论的独立短文, 它是论文重要的组成部分。同时, 强调了摘要由研究目 的、方法、结果和结论四要素构成及具有客观性、全面性、针对性、独立性和自明性、简明性和规范性的编写要求, 主 张用第三人称角度来写;学术论文摘要写作应尽量选取报道性摘要、指示性摘要和报道性-指示摘要这三种类型。 通过实例分析, 对摘要编写加工中重视信息量、明确反映学术论文创造性、科学性和新颖性方面的研究成果、文字 简明扼要、逻辑严密等注意事项和处理技巧进行了探讨

Maritime Security in the Indian Ocean and China＇s Strategy Shi Chunlin The maritime routes of the Indian Ocean are of critical importance to China given perceived seurity threat in this region and China＇s increasing relevance of intersts. There comes to be a strategic imperative for China to step in efforts to gain a credible security reassurance in terms of substantial China＇s overseas energy shipments and its increasing sense of insecurity caused by the emerging conflict of interests with other powers. The author believes that China would have a better capacity to cope with any potential crisis or emergencies given defining its proactive countermeasures and taking calibrated but result--oriented operation.

There are different viewpoints in India about China＇s proposal of building the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. Some assert that India and China should cooperate on marine issues, others insist that India has to contain China＇s influence on the Indian Ocean. Most of the Indian strategic community believe that the government needs prudence in reacting to the proposal. New Delhi will probably limit its participation in this effort and make the final decision based on an assessment of whether China will project power or build military utilities on the Indian Ocean.

Jiang Li April-- June 2010 saw the parliamentary elections in Hungary, Czech and Slovakia one after another in Central Europe. The balance of political game tipped in favor of the rightists unanimously, varying only in degrees. The article analyses the reason behind the trend and probes the impending challenges facing the right wing governments.

China’s rise is accompanied by a corresponding growth in its international influence. Not only does this kind of influence have its roots in history and imagination,but it is also an inevitable result of China’s growing strength and economy over the past few decades.It is difficult to accurately quantify a country’s international influence.China’s growing international influence has its own distinct characteristics,marked by the country’s unique national interests.A more influential China is not only good for China’s own development;it is also good for the world.
