被问责干部再任用的实践路径探析

一个干部从起步到成熟的过程,凝结了党、国家、社会和人民的殷切期望和大量投入。如何妥善对待这些"下"来的干部,是认真贯彻中央关于"干部能上能下"精神的重要环节,也是党的干部任用管理和队伍建设的重要内容。但是,再度任用"下"来的干部关系到现代责任政治的确立并影响党的公信力。为此,必须厘清干部"下"来之后再度被任用的标准、完善"下"来干部的管理和教育体系、优化"下"来干部再度任用提拔的机制。     

做“五型“统战干部的五个途径

做“五型”统战干部,我认为有五个途径。一、以“品”为本,打好基础“品”就是品格,指统战干部的道德、品行、作风。品格是统战干部获得非权力影响力的基础。综观那些有魅力、工作有方、成绩显著、有较强影响力的统战干部, 无一不是有着良好的道德品质和高尚的人格魅力。     

做合格统战干部 树良好社会形象
