亚洲整体性崛起是当前世界格局最突出的变化之一。这是多种因素共同作用的结果,其带来的效应将更加复杂多维,地区内部的联动和整合持续加强,主要国家的政策调整和关系重组加快,同时带动域外力量纷纷加大对该地区的战略投入,进而推动世界权力中心和战略互动持续向亚洲聚合。     

北部湾经济圈与中国-东盟自由贸易区的建设

本文将论述北部湾及经济圈对越南与中国—东盟自由贸易区的地位和作用、越南的潜力和优势、限制和挑战以及在参与建设北部湾经济圈的过程中越中两国可以获得的利益。论文最后一部分还将涉及到越南与中国进一步推进该经济圈建设的几个基本目标和措施。     

论北部湾经济圈的建设

北部湾经济圈属于“两廊一圈”范畴,这是越中两国在共同和长期的经济合作中的共同规划。建设“两廊一圈”不仅可以促进该地区的发展,创造中国西南部与越南北部和中部经济关系的基础,而且还可以成为促进两国和中国与东盟之间经济合作的桥梁。     

浅议中国和平崛起的发展道路

中国崛起的方式, 必然是和平的, 对内以建立和平、民主、文明的中国为发展目标, 对外以合法的方式 获取资源和发展动力, 建设性地参与国际事务。中国将以实现世界和平与繁荣的方式, 求得自身的安全与发展, 向 国际社会兑现和平崛起的承诺。     

印度崛起的优势和劣势及其辩证关系

印度是一个正在崛起的大国,无论是人口因素、地缘因素、军事因素还是政治因素,都有十分明显的优势。然而,任何因素都会有积极与消极两个方面的影响,对一个国家的发展来说,两者总是同时存在并在不同的情势下发生转化,甚至是有利因素很容易转化成不利因素,而反之则很难。对于印度这样发展中的大国,能否将各种因素中的消极效应降至最低点,甚至转化为自身优势而加以利用,才是其崛起过程中最需解决的问题。

近几年,印尼连续出台多项经济措施,促进经济增长、增加就业岗位、减少贫困和保护环境等,经济建设成效为其经济持续发展打下了良好基础。随着经济结构的调整,投资、出口和私人消费等逐渐成为印尼经济增长的引擎。印尼经济正在崛起,即将成为一个类似于中国和印度那样的新兴经济体。     

大国崛起之绊——论印度纳萨尔派（毛派）武装的崛起及其影响

印度纳萨尔派武装的崛起,是影响印度“大国崛起”的一个重因素。21世纪的第一个十年,印度纳萨尔派武装日益活跃,其影响也在不断扩大。虽然目前看来,印度纳萨尔派武装在全国范围夺取政权的可能性微乎其微,但其活动却能严重地恶化印度的国安全形势,并掣肘印度的社会经济发展。纳萨尔派武装不同于印度其他的许多极端主义组织,它有一套完整的意识形态理论指导,因而印度各种社会不公、社会矛盾都能为其利用,成为其生存、发展的土壤,因而印度政府同纳萨尔派武装的斗争注定是一个长期的过程。     

俄罗斯重新崛起的前景及其世界影响

俄罗斯重新崛起势头强劲,很快就会成为名副其实的"世界大国",但仍不是"世界强国".俄罗斯具有重新崛起为"世界强国"的巨大潜力,但受多种因素制约,要重新跻身于"世界强国"的行列任重道远.俄罗斯和平崛起总体上有利于世界,有利于中国.中俄应紧密协作、相互支持,共同发展、共同崛起.     

论后发国家落后的政治根源

西方民主制度是在西方法治传统、市民社会传统和时代机遇基础之上发展起来的.对于后发国家来说,民主往往并不是经济社会发展的必备前提,反而是发展的一个成果.在西方国家主导国际权力格局、西方政治学主导国际政治话语体系的情况下,很多后发国家既不能建立一个让西方满意的政治制度,也不能建立一个符合本国国情的政治制度.只有摆脱过度简单的民主与非民主二分法,只有克服民主制度与经济发展之间的逻辑矛盾,后发国家才能解决政治合法性危机,才能为经济和社会发展提供一个稳定的基础.     

广西北部湾经济区环境承载力的实证分析

一、问题的提出 2008年1月16日,国家正式批准实施<广西北部湾经济区发展规划>.广西北部湾经济区(以下简称"北部湾经济区")地处我国沿海西南端,由南宁、北海、钦州、防城港4市所辖行政区域组成,陆地国土面积4．25万平方公里,2007年末总人口1279．15万人,占广西总人口的25．57％;地区生产总值1778．79亿元,占广西生产总值的29．87％①.     

非洲“冲突钻石”的产生及影响

“冲突钻石”是指一个国家内由反政府势力或派别控制地区所生产的钻石，这些钻石被用来资助反对合法政府的军事行动。“冲突钻石”的产生与有关非洲国家的国内状况、世界钻石界的运作现状以及某些国家的纵容密切相关。“冲突钻石”的存在使一些非洲国家的冲突和战乱长期化，并严重影响这些国家的战后重建。只有经过国际社会的共同努力，才能彻底清除非洲大陆的“冲突钻石”。
