本文随机选取某高校108名优秀毕业生,调查其主观幸福感和自尊水平.结果发现优秀毕业生的满意度水平(19.79)居中,积极情感(3.56)高于理论中值,消极情感(2.39)低于理论中值;与非优秀毕业生在主观幸福感的几个维度上不存在显著差异;不同自尊水平的优秀毕业生在情感维度上存在显著差异.建议学校可以通过引导毕业生提高自尊水平,使其体验更多的积极情感,进而增强其心理健康水平,提高其生活质量,为顺利走上工作岗位做好准备.  相似文献

本文以对湖北省32家福利院290位老人的调查资料为基础,分别从总体生活满意度、硬件环境满意度、服务内容满意度和服务质素满意度四个方面分析了福利院老人的生活满意度及其影响因素。研究发现,总体而言,老人们对福利院的生活满意度普遍较高,老人对福利院生活的满意度水平既受到性别、自身生理机能、身体健康状况等个体属性的影响,又受到老人的社会交往现状、个人经济社会地位等社会因素的影响;既反映了不同类型福利院的客观服务水平,也体现了老人的主观需求与现实服务之间的差距。以上述结论为基础,本文对如何改善老年服务环境,提高福利院老人生活质量提出了对策性建议。  相似文献

对北京393名交通警察进行调查,结果发现:北京市交通警察绝大部分处于中等生活满意度,高生活满意度的人较少,低生活满意度的人占到总体1/5。年龄、性别、学历、婚姻状况、职务对民警的生活满意度水平没有影响,不同从警时间的民警生活满意度水平有差异。工作满意度与生活满意度显著正相关,工作满意度越高,生活满意度也越高。  相似文献

通过对武汉某高校受助贫困大学生进行问卷调查研究发现,当前受助贫困大学生的感恩意识和主观幸福感水平两者之间呈相关性。研究发现,受助贫困大学生总体感恩意识是积极正向的,女生的感恩水平显著高于男生,文科生的感恩水平显著高于理工科学生;受助贫困大学生的主观幸福感处于中等偏上水平,农村家庭学生的主观幸福感显著低于城镇家庭学生;感恩意识对主观幸福感有显著的预测作用。根据研究结果,可对高校受助贫困生思想政治教育工作有进一步的对策和建议。  相似文献

主观幸福感反映了居民的生活质量,关系到社会的稳定与对政府的认同。利用中国综合社会调查CGSS调查数据了解京津冀地区的居民主观幸福感,并通过序次logistic回归模型和改进后的中介效应模型分析了医疗保险对京津冀地区居民主观幸福感的影响。整体而言,京津冀地区的居民主观幸福感保持在较高水平;基本医疗保险显著提升了京津冀地区的居民主观幸福感,参加基本医疗保险,可以使得京津冀地区居民觉得非常幸福的概率增加10.2%;基本医疗保险通过提升京津冀地区居民的公共服务普惠性感知、充足性感知、均等化感知和便利性感知提升了京津冀地区居民的主观幸福感;分地区而言,基本医疗保险显著提升了北京市、天津市的居民主观幸福感,但对河北省而言,基本医疗保险对居民主观幸福感的影响并不显著,基本医疗保险与居民主观幸福感的满足之间存在一定的差距;商业性医疗保险既未能显著提升整个京津冀地区居民的主观幸福感,也没有提升北京市、河北省和天津市各个区域居民的主观幸福感。  相似文献

在当下中国社会,住房成为了青年中间阶层在都市生活中面对的主要压力之一,住房既在客观上影响其生活方式,也在主观上影响其生活感受。为了研究住房产权、住房消费、住房条件等住房状况与青年生活幸福感间的关系,特以广州青年中间阶层为研究对象,并通过构建认知取向和情感取向模型,对幸福感内部结构要素进行细致分析,以最终揭示住房对幸福感的影响机制。研究结果发现:从幸福感总体模型来看,住房状况是影响青年中间阶层总体幸福感的重要因素。住房产权对总体幸福感具有显著的正向作用,住房消费压力则会显著降低幸福感,住房条件对幸福感的影响呈现先增后减的曲线关系。从幸福感结构分析模型来看,住房因素对于情感取向幸福感的影响不显著,住房状况主要通过影响青年中间阶层的地位认知来对幸福感产生作用。  相似文献

对北京1000名多次交通违章被扣满12分驾驶员进行调查,结果发现:被扣满12分驾驶员绝大部分处于中等生活满意度,高生活满意度的人较少,低生活满意度的人占人数的五分之一。调查发现驾驶者的年龄、学历、婚姻状况、驾龄、收入、从事职业对驾驶员的生活满意度水平有显著影响。生活满意度与心理健康总分及九个症状因子得分均显著负相关,生活满意度越高,心理健康状况也越好。  相似文献

Abstract

While politicians and the media have devoted a great deal of attention to the “problem” of school violence, classrooms teachers remain an underutilized source of information and inspiration about the frequency of school violence, its causes, its consequences, and appropriate interventions. In essence, teachers have been given little, if any, voice. This article is a reflective piece that integrates the author's own experiences as a teacher, focus group data with high school teachers, and the extant literature regarding the importance of teacher voice. Research and theory regarding the relationship between the colonizer and the colonized serve as background. Also explored are the ways that teachers' voices are stifled, as well as suggestions for empowering teachers.  相似文献

Abstract

Uncovering issues of school safety, both perceived and real, requires research that probes students' perspectives. This paper tells the story of a comparative research project initiated in an English education methods course. The study was conducted in two high schools and utilized mapping and surveying to determine students' perceptions of school safety within the context of their own campuses. The findings, with relevant strategies for using critical literacy to involve students more directly in the conversation, have implications for classroom teachers and other school-related personnel who seek site-based interventions.  相似文献

Abstract

On May 21, 1998 Kipland Kinkel entered Thurston High School in Springfield, Oregon, gunned down two students and injured scores more, after murdering his parents the night before. There is a dearth of research focused on the effects of such violence in school settings where the perpetrator is a peer of his victims. We do not know if, how, or under what circumstances adolescents exposed to this violence are psychologically changed, or if the changes are temporary or long-lasting. This study explores the incidence of post-traumatic effects of such an incident. These effects are hypothesized to be influenced by both distal (physical) (Pynoos & Nader, 1986) and emotional proximity (Terr, 1990). Emotional proximity is, in this study, measured by connectedness to the school. Effects of peritrauma dissociative responses in the immediate aftermath of the incident on longitudinal effects are also explored. Participants include 80 respondents who completed a lengthy survey at two to three years post incident. The sample was predominantly recruited from three Oregon institutes of higher learning. It includes adolescents who were enrolled at Thurston High School at the time, young adults who had graduated from Thurston in the five years prior to the incident and a control group from another college town 40 miles away. Findings support the hypotheses that distal proximity at the time of the event predicts the longitudinal direct effects of distress from hyper arousal, intrusions, and avoidance. Controlling for distal proximity, emotional proximity to Thurston High School predicts peritrauma dissociative response and alexithymia. Further, elevated peritrauma scores predicts distress from intrusions at two to three years. These results suggest there can be long-lasting effects from one instance of acute school violence. Limitations of the study and future research are discussed.  相似文献

Abstract

School violence has many faces and many casualties. In varying degrees it touches students, parents, educators and communities of every school world wide. At the local level, communities are seen as playing a significant role in violence prevention. Generally, community-based violence prevention approaches involve the assessment of local problems, identification of target issues, selection of a range of interventions, and the encouragement of collaboration among civic groups, the juvenile justice system, local leaders, and young people themselves. These programs are generally judged as successful if they are able to address risk factors effectively for individual youths, strengthen those factors that provide protection and enhance resiliency, provide sufficient support and effective supervision, and increase pro-social attitudes by providing youth with a sense of having an increased stake in their local communities. Although too few educators are aware of its impact, the women's community has been involved in this work for decades. In this paper I discuss the results of interviews with members of the women's community in Atlantic Canada who have developed proactive violence prevention initiatives. I will concentrate on their efforts to bring those programs into the schools and their experiences of the successes and challenges they encounter.  相似文献
