中国模式正在成为后冷战时期西方定义中国身份的一个重要话语,以西方对"中国模式"进行研究为代表的"中国模式学术话语"是这一身份建构过程中的关键性环节。西方学术界试图从经济、政治、文化、社会和历史等维度建立中国模式与中国身份之间的关联,以简单而又有明确内涵的"西方中国模式"为中国定义身份。西方"中国模式"学术话语体系的形成及扩散在一定程度上影响了中国的认知图式和身份认同叙事。为此,我们有必要从构建中国的自我身份、解构西方叙事、提升解读中国道路的话语权等方面努力,不断增强中国道路或中国模式的正当性阐释,在更高的层面上实现自我认同、自我批判与自我超越。     

我国地方政府债务的区域差异比较及影响因素分析北大核心SSCI

从债务规模、偿债能力和财政压力三个方面,通过均值法和比较分析方法,对我国东部地区、东北地区、中部地区和西部地区的政府债务进行区域间和区域内比较,结果显示我国地方政府债务风险的区域分布具有很大差异性。主要体现为东部地区负债率低、财政压力小,中部地区偿债能力强,西部地区债务规模增速快,东北地区偿债能力堪忧等区域特征。影响我国地方政府债务空间分布特征的经济因素主要是区域经济体量、经济增速和财政赤字率。地方政府债务监管部门应加强对地方政府债务资金使用的绩效管理,实行区域差异化的债务风险防控措施。     

中国梦的实现路径分析

实现中国梦的关键是需要处理好“行政和自治”之间的关系.总结近现代以来中国的历史经验,中国梦的实现关键在于中国共产党的科学领导.中国共产党能够不断推动中国梦的实现进程,取得成绩的原因是其对以民为本的官僚政策治理型同心圆式的权力结构进行了有效的改革,一定程度上破解了近现代以来中国所面临的“行政与自治”关系平衡问题.破解当前中国所面临的一系列社会问题,进一步推动中国梦的实现,仍然需要处理好“行政和自治”之间的关系,从破解行政压倒自治、自治行政化和形式化问题着手.     

大众化的追求与精英化的倾向——马克思主义中国化研究中的意识形态问题

马克思主义中国化研究很难摆脱精英化的倾向。马克思主义的本性决定了马克思主义中国化研究必须坚持大众化的意识形态,把自身看成马克思主义的大众实践的一部分。马克思主义中国化研究者只有正确认识马克思主义中国化中精英化与大众化的关系,才能破解其大众化追求中的意识形态困境,坚持大众化的方向。     

碎片化的女性新闻:对《中国妇女报》的内容分析(1990-2002)

本研究以1990-2002年《中国妇女报》为研究对象,考察它所再现的女性新闻的变迁趋势。本文区分了关于女性新闻的不同定义,从不同角度对《中国妇女报》的报道进行内容分析,发现当下中国女性新闻呈现出一种碎片化的再现方式,本文进而总结了“碎片化”一词所包括的6个方面的特征。文章最后指出,碎片化折射了当下中国社会转型和媒体转型的进程,是转型新闻界的普遍特征之一。
