伊氏锥虫 布氏锥虫和马媾疫锥虫对锥46的药敏试验

在我国,伊氏锥虫病流行 极广,达二十多个省区,对畜牧业生产危害极大。长期以来,伊氏锥虫病的治疗主要依赖为数甚少的几种药物,导致抗药虫株的产生,从而给该病的防治带来新的困难(沈杰等,1991;方元等,1992),急待高效新药产生。为了解决这一问题,上海家畜寄生虫病研究所与上海医药工业研究院合作,成功地合成、筛选了一种抗锥虫新药——雄46(T46)。确定伊氏锥虫对其的药敏性,为锥46的临床应用奠定合理的用药理论基础是十分必要的。本试验通过体内(小鼠治疗)和体外(人工培养)的方法检测了伊氏锥虫布氏锥虫和马媾疫锥虫对锥46的敏感性。

羊脑多头蚴抗原的SDS－PAGE分析

采用十二烷基硫酸钠－聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ）对来自自然感染绵羊脑多头蚴的头节、囊壁可溶性抗原及囊液抗原用垂直平板电泳、连续凝胶系统进行了分析。电泳后以考马斯亮蓝Ｒ－２５０染色。结果：头节抗原共２６条多肽带，其分子量范围１７．５～１４８ｋＤ，其中主带５条，分别为７２、６９、４６、３７和３３ｋＤ；囊壁抗原共２０条多肽带，分子量范围１８～１２６ｋＤ，其中主带４条，分别为６９、４６、２９和１９ｋＤ；囊液抗原共２０条多肽带，分子量范围１８～１６２ｋＤ，其中主带４条，分别为９７、７２、５７和３８ｋＤ。初步阐明了羊脑多头蚴三种不同抗原的部分生化特性，为对该抗原的进一步深入研究奠定了基础。
