Chapter 12: Manic-depressive Psychosis

Manic-depressive psychosis is a disease that occurs in the form of attacks of manic and depressive states or phases between which the patient reverts to normal. The alternation of phases may vary both in frequency and in form. Some patients may have rare attacks, whereas in others the attacks are frequent. Sometimes the manic and depressive states occur in regular sequence; in other cases, only manic or only depressive states may occur.     

12 Y-chromosomal STR haplotypes in Japanese

Haplotypes and allele frequencies of 12 Y-STRs were examined in a population sample of 381 Japanese male volunteers. A total of 315 haplotypes were identified, of which 288 haplotypes were unique, and 18, three, three, two, one and one were found in two, three, four, five, eight and 18 individuals, respectively. Total gene diversity was 0.997.     

Allelic frequencies at 12 STR loci in Colombian population

Three hundred and twenty-six to four hundred and fifty-one individuals were typed for 12 STR markers and revealed by silver stain method and assisted by a computer analysis. Forensic and Hardy-Weinberg values were found. The Kodak ds 1D Image Analysis Software V 2.0.3 EDAS DC 120 System was a useful tool for determining the correct size of pattern bands that were out allelic ladders, alleles 18 and 17 from F13A01, 15 from TPOX and 4 from TH01 were determined by this method and some corroborated by automatic analysis.     

测序方法验证12个STR基因座的基因型

目的 用测序方法验证12个STR基因座的基因型.方法 根据各STR基因座的特异性序列,对CSF1PO、FGA、TH01、TPOX、VWA、D5S818、D7S820、D8S1179、D13S317、D16S539、D18S51和D21S11 12个STR基因座设计了PCR引物并对标准品9947A和突变样本进行PCR产物测序.结果 标准品9947A和突变样本的测序结果均与其基因分型结果一致.结论 建立的测序方法准确、灵敏,可以用于STR基因型的确认.     

Identification of 10-hydroxy-12-octadecenoic acid in adipocere

Studies are reported on separation and identification of 10-hydroxy-12-octadecenoic acid in human adipocere. The chemical structure was determined by thin-layer chromatography (TLC), gas-liquid chromatography (GLC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).     

12 Y-STRs haplotypes in Chinese Naxi ethnic minority group

Twelve Y-STRs loci including minimal haplotypes (DYS19, DYS389I, DYS389II, DYS390, DYS391, DYS392, DYS393, and DYS385a,b) and three additional loci, namely DYS437, DYS438 and DYS439 were co-amplified in 138 healthy unrelated males of Chinese Naxi ethnic minority group using the PowerPlex Y System. A total of 113 haplotypes were identified, among which 103 were unique, and 6, 2, 1 and 1 were found in 2, 4, 5 and 10 individuals, respectively. The haplotype diversity for 12 Y-STRs loci was 0.9923.The results from the present study can be used in forensic application and population genetics in the region, and can enrich Chinese ethnical genetic informational resources.     

第十二届海峡两岸行政法学学术研讨会综述

<正>2010年9月18、19日,第十二届海峡两岸行政法学学术研讨会在我国台湾地区台北市召开。本次会议由台湾行政法学会主办,来自大陆和台湾地区的行政法学理论与实务界的专家、学者、官员共计80余人与会。台湾行政法学会理事长城仲模教授和中国法学会行政法学研究会副会长刘莘教授先后在大会开幕式上致辞,大陆代表团团长应松年教授和城仲模教授分别致闭幕词。海峡两岸行政法学学术研讨会是中国大陆与我国台湾地区行政法学界的学术盛会,每年在两岸轮流举行,自1997年第一届海峡两岸行政法学学术研讨会在北京召开后,现在已历经十二届。     

扩增12S rRNA基因鉴定生物检材种属

目的建立一种能够在同一反应条件下鉴定多个具体物种．又满足简单、快速、特异、灵敏、准确等实用要求的种属鉴定方法。方法从GenBank中获取人、鸡、鸭、鹅、猪、兔、鼠、绵羊、水牛、狗、山羊等11个物种的12SrRNA基因序列．设计一对针对上述11个物种的通用引物和分别针对人、鸡和鸭的特异引物,同时扩增各物种12SrRNA基因。以通用引物扩增片段为内部对照．以特异引物扩增片段用于人、鸡和鸭的种属鉴定,并分别对人、鸡、鸭单一检材以及人和鸡、人和鸭、鸡和鸭等二元混合DNA进行鉴定。结果通用引物扩增,各物种均有400bp左右的扩增片段：特异引物只对各自目标种属有扩增产物,片段大小：人163bp、鸡286bp、鸭374bp;测序结果与GenBank既有序列比对,Identities分值：人100％、鸡99％、鸭100％;通用引物扩增人、鸡和鸭检材的灵敏度为2．5Pg;特异引物扩增灵敏度人为2．5pg,鸡、鸭均为200Pg;混合DNA中任一种DNA的含量只要高于检测灵敏度即可被准确检出．不受另一种DNA量的干扰：盲测结果准确。结论本方法可以利用同一种PCR反应条件鉴定多个物种的种属。     

Molecular genetic data at two tetranucleotide repeat loci (D12S66 and D12S67) in two Indian tribal populations

Molecular genetic polymorphism study was undertaken in two tribal population groups of India at two tetranucleotide repeat loci on chromosome 12 (D12S66 and D12S67). The two tribal groups studied were Bison Horn Maria and Muria, belonging to Bastar district of Madhya Pradesh in Central India. For this study, 75 random, unrelated individuals were analyzed for D12S66 locus, whereas 76 individuals were analyzed for D12S67 locus.     

舌骨假阳性骨折12例分析

目的 探讨舌骨假阳性骨折形成的原因以及法医学鉴定要点. 方法 整理12例在实际检案中舌骨假阳性骨折案例资料并分析其形成原因. 结果 舌骨假阳性骨折主要是由于检验时人为操作（4例）以及先天性分离型舌骨（8例）误判所致. 结论 通过骨折周缘肌肉、软组织出血以及骨折断端检验,可以对人为操作因素致舌骨骨折、分离型舌骨等舌骨假阳性骨折与真性骨折进行区分.
