2012年6月27～28日,俄罗斯东欧中亚学会举行"新普京时代:俄罗斯向何处去?"的学术研讨会。来自中国社会科学院俄罗斯东欧中亚研究所、国务院发展研究中心欧亚社会发展研究所、清华大学欧亚战略研究中心、新华社世界问题研究中心、现代国际关系研究院俄罗斯东欧中亚研究所、军事科学院世界军事研究部、华东师范大学国际关系与地区发展研究院俄罗斯研究中心、辽宁大学转型国家经济政治研究中心等单位的50余位学者围绕俄罗斯的发展道路、中俄关系发展的机遇等问题进行了讨论。

Lu Nanquan The financial crisis arising from the US subprime crunch is rapidly spreading all over the world. Russia cannot escape from the disaster either given the context of economic globaliza tion. The Russian economy that benefits from the soaring world energy prices has looked good since 1999, maintaining a relatively stable momentum of rapid growth with its comprehensive national strength growing stronger and stronger. Confronted with the onslaught of financial crisis, what will the Russian economic situation be like？ What are the political counter--tactics it is going to adopt？ The editorial board of the journal has invited related scholars to tell their views in the form of a pen pal meeting and analyze the country under worldwide financial crisis.

Wen Hengguo After the establishment of the Russian Federation there appeared a federative tendency in state structure. To overcome the resulting problems, Russia adopted a series of measures to restore the damaged perpendicular affiliations of administrative power and carried out a centralization reform of the federation. This process brought about many unitary features in Russia. And worse still, it damaged the scarcely--laid basis of rule of law in Russia.

2009年12月15～16日,中国社会科学院俄罗斯东欧中亚研究所主办的俄罗斯东欧中亚与世界高层论坛在北京举行。来自全国40多所科研机构与高等院校的100余名专家学者参加了这次论坛。现将论坛讨论的有关问题综述如下。
