Friendship Activities in Brief

A16-member Chinese friendship-city delegation, organized and sent by the CPAFFC, attended the 47th Annual Conference of Sister Cities International of the United States in St. Louis from July 23 to 26. The main theme of the conference was "Better Cities, Brighter Future, Sister Cities". About 1,000 people attended the conference including international representatives from more than 20 countries.

Seventeen-Year Friendship

Time flies; this year of 2012 marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the Republic of Korea (ROK). At this moment, I, an ordinary Chinese old man, feel very excited. Seventeen years ago, I got acquainted by chance with a young Korean man named Kim Nam-soo.
