高职生职业道德素养堪忧,高职院校需要强化就业市场化条件下高职生职业道德素质教育,使其养成良好的职业道德风尚.而职业道德素质的养成需要赋予传统的思想政治教育课程以新内涵,通过理论宣讲、个案阐释、平等引导、榜样示范等途径,促使高职生具备适应就业市场要求的职业道德素质.     

高职院校辅导员队伍建设的特点与对策
