The Iraq War is dragging into its fourth year amid spiraling violence. While peace remains elusive in Iraq, opinion polls in the United States have shown that support for the war is sagging. However, U.S. President George W. Bush has outwardly expressed his confidence on more than one occasion. "I'm optimistic we'll succeed.
