中国人权面面观（下）——让每个孩子都有学上

近年来,中国政府在尊重和保障人民人权方面的成就举世公认,有目共睹。为此,我们采撷了一组文章,从不同侧面分两次对中国人权状况作一扫描。此文续上期《中国人权面面观(上)》一文。     

抓规范 促养成 重育人 打造和谐襄汾教育

进入新世纪以来．襄汾县委、县政府把教育放在优先发展的战略地位,用大气魄提出了建设三晋“教育大县”的宏伟目标,用大手笔描绘了今后二十年的教育发展蓝图,以每年一个亿的大投入连续开展了三个“基础教育年”活动。彻底改变了全县学校面貌,实现了教育的大发展、大跨越、大提升。我县被确定为省级首批“德育示范县”．2002年又顺利通过了省政府的复查验收。我县的德育工作经验先后在全省召开的忻州会议和晋城会议上进行了大会交流。近年来。为实现全县教育的规范发展、内涵发展、均衡发展、协调发展,我们以构建具有襄汾特色的养成教育为主要突破口．使我县的德育工作和整个教育工作跨入了全市乃至全省的先进行列。     

哈佛大学的人权教育和研究

20世纪80年代,人权作为一门课程开始出现在欧美国家大学的课程表上,现代人权意识的形成和提高,人权状况的改善和国际人权运动的发展开始与大学人权教育联系在一起。在众多欧美大学中, 美国哈佛大学在人权教育和研究方面有独到之处。一、多部门多学科合作进行人权教学和研究自20世纪80年代以来,哈佛校方在人权教育和研究方面投入了大量的人力和物力,经过20多年的发展,目前哈佛大学的人权教学和研究与该校的其他学科一样处于世界领先地位。纵观哈佛大学的做法,多部门多学科相互合作是哈佛人权教学和研究的一个重要特点。     

中国人权教育日益普及的十年(2001—2011)

开展人权教育,普及人权知识,遵行人权法律,是中国特色社会主义人权事业的重要内容,也是国际社会维护和保障人权的基本要求。中国共产党的十一届三中全会以来,特别是进入新世纪以来,党和国家在推进中国特色社会主义人权事业中,始终把厘清人权概念、完善人权法律、发展人权事业同人权教育紧密结合,通过宪法和有关人权法律,通过中国人权状况白皮书和国家人权行动计     

中国妇女人权的历史与现状

妇女人权作为妇女应当享有的自由平等的权利 ,在中国经历了一个从无到有的发展历程。从太平天国领袖男女平权的朦胧意识到早期资产阶级妇女人权思想的萌芽 ,从五四时期妇女解放思想的传播到中国共产党诞生后为中国妇女解放作出的努力 ,中国妇女人权得到了极大的发展。新中国成立后 ,在中国共产党的领导下 ,中国妇女的政治权利、劳动权利、文化教育权利、婚姻家庭权利、人身权利等各方面达到了空前的水平。从国际范围看 ,妇女人权从应有权利、法定权利向实有权利方面的转变还要走漫长的道路。今后一个时期内 ,中国妇女人权的发展还需要各方面通力合作 ,共同努力 ,才能更加完善。     

加快推进我国人权教育立足点的战略思考

当前,人权与发展、安全并列被确立为联合国工作的“三大支柱”,成为当代国际关系和国际政治中日益凸显的重要因素,全球性人权文化的扩散无疑将会对每个国家的人权发展产生重要的影响。随着越来越多的焦点聚集在人权问题上,     

中国高校人权教育的回眸与展望——兼论人权教育对人权发展环境的基础性作用

一、人权教育对人权发展的促进作用 1、人权教育造就人权发展的软环境 人权教育具有的人文性决定其对人权发展的基础性作用。这种人文性通过文化这一软要素,促使对人自身完善的关注与追求,从而提升人文价值,提高人的综合素质,更适应人文进步的现代社会。人权教育的人文性主要体现在两个方面：一方面,人权教育的人文性表现为人权教育的人文精神。
