基于“理解”的作业设计——以七下“集体”单元作业设计为例

基于“知道”的作业同基于“理解”的作业间存在着本质的分野,前者关注学生对知识点的表层背记,后者则更关注学生能否运用知识去解决现实情境中的问题。基于“理解”的作业设计与道德与法治学科的初衷更为契合。基于学生“理解”的教学设计需要将学生抽象的“理解”具体化,明确“理解”的具体内涵,并在此基础上,创设操作化的任务和可视化的评价体系,让学生的“理解”在实际问题的解决中得以彰显,让学生的所学更好地服务于实际问题的解决,搭建起知识和生活之间的桥梁。

目的:建立笔迹组合特征在笔迹检验中的应用体系;方法:通过案例分析探讨笔力变化组合特征、书写节奏变化组合特征、"神"态组合特征、细微书写动作组合特征以及整体搭配组合特征在笔迹检验中的应用效果;结果:笔迹组合特征形态隐秘、层次深、实用性强,对于伪装笔迹、条件变化笔迹有较好的检验效果;结论:笔迹组合特征拓展了笔迹特征的内涵和外延,为笔迹检验提供了新的理论。

笔迹检验是案件质查中经常采用的技术手段,本文通过对一起变化笔迹的检验,指出了检验此类笔迹的过程和应注意的问题。     

农民工笔迹研究
