傣族新年与泼水节

今年是傣历1359年。目前人们已习惯把傣历新年称为泼水节，这正如古代人把傣族先民在伊洛瓦底江中上游一带建立的达光王国称为滇越乘象国一样．纯属可以区别于其他民族一种特征的直观形象的他称。傣族以六月为岁首，约当公历四月中旬，傣语称新年为“京比迈”（即过新年），又称“桑干楞火”、“比迈楞火”（“楞火’是六月，即六月新年）。傣族的傣历和汉族的农历、西藏的藏历，都是阴阳合历。傣历有自己的特点，岁首是从太阳运行位置来定的，即太阳在黄道上进入白羊宫宫首到下一次再到达白羊宫宫首为一周年。按照传统习惯，旧年与新年之间…

泼水节是傣族民间最隆重的盛大节日。时间一般在傣历六月中旬,即农历清明后7天开始。泼水节第一天,傣语叫“桑刊日”,意思是送旧。这天,傣族的年轻女性都要上山采花,并将采摘来的鲜花插在水龙亭四周。最后一天是迎接“日子之王”,即新年开始的第一天,相当于新年的元旦。节日里要举行泼水、丢包、嘎央(集体舞)、武术表演等活动,晚上要放孔明灯。泼水节期间的傣家人,个个神采奕奕,处处洋溢喜气,节日期间傣家人跳的集体孔雀舞是节日里人们最喜爱的活动,也是各民族团结、吉祥的象征。关于德宏傣族泼水节的由来,有一个动人的传说:很久以前,有一个…

4月18日下午，在昆工作、学习、生活的3000多名傣族同胞欢聚海埂会议服务中心，共同庆祝一年一度的传统佳节——傣历1371新年泼水节。     

火把节 泼水节

(一) 火把节是我国云、贵等地彝族的传统节日。云南一般在夏历六月二十四日前后几天。贵州多在夏历六月初六日左右。届时,彝民以松木为燎,高丈余,称为火把。入夜,各村寨火把争燃,炬火散布于山乡田野,彝民用以照田,占岁丰收。男女青年们共杵火把为嬉。火把节具有浓厚的宗教迷信色彩。节日期间,有的地方要合村杀猪宰牛祭神;有的地方每户都要抱一只鸡到田地里去“祭田公地母”。彝民认为火炬可以驱鬼除邪,故点燃火把后要挨家挨户走,边走边往火把上撒松香,人们谓此为“送祟”。关于火把节的由来,光绪《昆明县志》说:“汉之时有夷妇阿南,其夫为人所杀,南誓不从贼,即以是日(六月二十四日)赴火死,国人哀之,因为此会。一云南诏皮罗阁会五诏于松明楼,将诱而焚杀之,遂并其地,邓赕诏妻慈善,谏夫勿往,夫不从,乃以铁钏约夫臂,既往,果被焚,慈善迹钏得夫尸以归,皮罗阁闻其贤欲委禽焉,慈善闭城死,滇人以是日燃炬吊之。”路南撒尼族传说,古时有个撒尼魔王,残酷压迫百姓,群众无可为生,遂合而攻之,但其堡垒久攻不克,于是利用羊群火攻,即在每只羊的双角和后腿上绑火把,驱羊进攻,结果攻陷。人民为了纪念这次斗争,乃于每年六月二十四日耍火把相庆。上述
