近十年国际青年研究的现状与趋势——基于国际权威期刊《青年研究杂志》的文献计量学分析

以国际权威期刊《青年研究杂志》(Journal of Youth Studies),2008～2019年刊载的文献为研究对象,利用Citespace软件进行知识图谱和文献计量学分析,从核心作者群、作者所在国家(地区)及机构、研究核心主题等维度分析了当前国际青年研究的发展现状,并借助被引文献分析技术,对国际青年研究的学科前沿趋势进行了分析。并结合国内青年研究的发展提出了建议:加强研究方法科学化,建立青年发展相关数据库;在坚持基础理论研究的前提下,突出"问题导向";强化多学科研究视角,提升青年研究的理论内涵。

中国企业海外投资中的国家利益审查制度研究——以澳大利亚为例

“一带一路”国家战略的推进和实施,激发了中国投资者新一轮的海外投资热潮。除了“一带一路”国家外,中国在许多具有资源互补性的国家也进行了大量的投资,以澳大利亚为例,根据澳大利亚投资审查委员会(FIRB)2019年6月公布的报告,2017年至2018中国对澳大利亚投资达237亿澳元。但是,澳大利亚对外国投资实行国家利益审查制度,这使得很多中国投资者尤其是国有企业投资者对澳大利亚投资时遇到诸多障碍。而在其他国家也存在类似的审查制度,如美国有对外国投资者的“国家安全审查”,加拿大有“净利益审查”制度。
