中国网络公共领域的兴起与政府治理模式变迁

互联网的出现和发展带来了公共支柱形式的创新，有力地推动了公共领域的转型。随着我国网络技术的发展，由网络沟通所构成的社会交往框架的变化导致了虚拟社群的出现，中国网络公共领域在技术的推进中逐渐萌芽、成长。网络公共领域的兴起带来了主权、合法性、权威等与政府治理紧密相关的政治生活基本维度的嬗变，进而从如下方面引致政府治理模式的变迁：政府与社会关系的重构与多中心协商机制的发展、官僚制行政原则的解构与民主制行政原则的应用、政府过程的虚拟化、网络极端主义治理机制的发展以及国际治理结构的变化。
