Shandong Donates 1.8 Million RMB To Japan's Quake Area

A donation ceremony for earthquake-hit East Japan was held in Jinan,capital of Shandong Province,on May 18.Present were Xie Yutang,President of Shandong Charity Federation (SDCF),Zhang Weiling,President of the Shandong Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (SPPAFFC),representatives of donor organizations and a delegation of the Japan-China Economic Exchanges Association visiting China specially for the occasion.

管理上的“人本主义”是当代管理理论的新发展,它在本质上是以促进人自身自由、全面发展为根本目的的管理理念与管理模式。我国国有企业人力资源管理中存在企业家欠缺、评判标准主观性强、激励约束机制不健全等问题,必须用“以人为本”的思想加以改革,营造新的机制。
