对“问题学生”,该如何教育?据浙江省南浔区教育局统计,该地区学生行为有偏差的占6.6%,心理有障碍的占2.6%,学习有困难的占14.3%,生活习惯不良的占7.8%,单亲家庭的占3.9%,隔代相居的家庭占8.1%,家庭教育环境不良的占8.4%,家庭贫困的占3.9%。这说明社会教育、家庭教育、学校教育在学生成长发展过程中不同程度地存在缺失。对此,南浔区教育局的做法是:推行“学生成长导师制”。南浔区这种教书育人模式的探索,与传统意义上的教师不同,这种“学生成长导师制”最优的特征就在于关注学生的整体成长,采用的是师生自愿结对的方式,强调个性化、亲情化…
