The results of investigation of biological activity of information molecules, i.e. cytomedines, obtained from injuries by using the method of acetous extraction (V.G. Morozov, V. Kh. Havinson, 1981) are presented in the experimental manner and on the basis of practical materials. The sequence of formation of hemorrhages and injuries was demonstrated accurately enough by using the biological activity of extracted cytomedines.  相似文献

组织中三甲胺-氮浓度变化与晚期PMI关系初探   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的探索死后尸体组织中三甲胺-氮(TMA-N)浓度变化规律及其与晚期死亡时间的关系。方法健康SD大鼠66只,颈椎脱臼法处死,随机分成11组,分别于死后即刻、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10d取大鼠肌肉、肝脏和肾脏组织,用分光光度法检测TMA-N浓度,所得数据用方差分析比较组间差异性,并进行回归方程拟合。结果3种组织中TMA-N含量随死后时间延长而增加,肌肉于死后7d、肝脏和肾脏于死后8d达到高峰,之后有所下降,并均于死后10d再次升高,肝、肾组织之间TMA-N含量比较无统计学差异性。死后2~7d内,PM I与肌肉TMA-N浓度变化拟合度最高(R2=0.969);死后3~8d内,与肝肾中TMA-N浓度变化拟合度最高(R2=0.953)。结论死后组织中TMA-N含量变化与PM I有相关性,可望为晚期PM I推断提供参考,但肌肉与肝肾TMA-N含量变化规律存在一定差异,需选择最适时段以提高PM I推断的准确性。  相似文献

The body of a 44-year-old scuba diver was examined using postmortem multislice computed tomography (MSCT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and findings were verified by subsequent autopsy. The goal was to find out whether the important pathomorphological findings for the reconstruction of events and the identification of cause and manner of death could be identified using modem digital cross-sectioning techniques. The findings of a massive vital decompression with pulmonary barotrauma and lethal gas embolism were identified in the radiological images. MSCT and MRI were superior to autopsy in the demonstration of the extent and distribution of gas accumulation in intraparenchymal blood vessels of internal organs as well as in areas of the body inaccessible by standard autopsy.  相似文献

Anabolic androgenic steroids (AAS) are the main class of doping agents and their consumption produces adverse effects involving several organs and systems. Three cases of sudden cardiac death (SCD) and one of death due to congestive heart failure of previously healthy athletes who were AAS users are herein reported. Concentric cardiac hypertrophy with focal fibrosis (one case), dilated cardiomyopathy with patchy myocyte death (two cases) and eosinophilic myocarditis (one case) were observed and most probably relate to the final event. Molecular investigation for viral genomes was positive in one case (Ebstein virus). Our data confirm previous findings, showing that the most typical cardiac abnormality in AAS abusers is left ventricular hypertrophy, associated with fibrosis and myocytolysis. An exceptional cardiovascular substrate was represented by the case with drug induced eosinophilic myocarditis. These features are at risk of ventricular arrhythmias as well as congestive heart failure. The cause-effect relationship between AAS abuse and cardiac death can be established only by a rigorous methodology with the use of standardized protocols, including precise morphological studies of all target organs to search for chronic toxic effects. Laboratory investigations should focus on AAS searching on a wide range of biological matrices to demonstrate type, magnitude and time of exposure.  相似文献

The authors present three cases of death in children aged 4, 9, and 10 years, respectively, that were first thought to be caused by herbal or other poisonings but at autopsy were found to be caused by airway obstruction from aspiration of ballpoint pen parts. Aspiration of a foreign body is a leading cause of accidental death in children, but the circumstances in these cases were unique. In the first case, a 4-year-old child died shortly after a visit to a traditional healer. The child's mother blamed him for the death and fatally assaulted him. The second case was a 9-year-old who died at school. Case 3 was a 10-year-old who collapsed while playing with a ballpoint pen in her mouth. In the latter two cases, the relatives alleged poisoning. At autopsy, there was no evidence of trauma, disease, or poisoning in all three cases. Ballpoint pen parts were present in the larynx, carina, and left main bronchus, respectively. Features of "asphyxial" death were present, and included subconjunctival hemorrhages, subendocardial hemorrhages, and congestion of the face and internal organs. These deaths are preventable by education of children, parents, and teachers. Ballpoint pen manufacturers should also modify the design of these pens to improve their safety.  相似文献

Two obese women not known to be diabetic died suddenly of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). To our knowledge, sudden unexpected death due to DKA has not been reported as the only manifestation of diabetes mellitus. The investigation of sudden death in patients with risk factors for diabetes, especially in the absence of significant disease of the internal organs, should include determination of vitreous glucose and ketones.  相似文献

A retrospective study was carried out on 100 randomly selected medico-legal autopsies of victims who had committed suicide by hanging. All cases had undergone full police and coronial investigation. Complete external and internal examinations had been carried out including routine histological examination of organs. The age range of victims was 15-94 years (average, 41.7 years) with a male-to-female ratio of 7:1. External and internal injuries were consistent with the reported events. Diagnoses based purely on histology included hepatic steatosis (n = 16), asthma (n = 3), lymphocytic thyroiditis (n = 2), and pulmonary and cardiac sarcoidosis (n = 1). A large cell carcinoma of the lung and a rectal adenocarcinoma were confirmed. Histological evaluation was, however, of limited usefulness in contributing to the medico-legal evaluation of cases, with careful scene, external and internal examinations providing the most relevant information. The results of histological examination of tissues were all incidental to the cause, mechanism, and manner of death.  相似文献

The principal causes of violent death of mountaineers and tourists at high altitudes are described with special reference to the character of injuries to the skin, soft tissues, bones, and internal organs inflicted by mechanical impacts. The cases of violent death from other factors are described, such as general hypothermia, atmospheric electricity, compression and obturation asphyxia of mountaineers and tourists who died in the epicenter of an avalanche. The additional criteria for forensic medical diagnostics of violent death of montaineers and tourists at high altitudes are considered.  相似文献

Blunt abdominal trauma can cause sudden, unexpected death due to injuries to internal organs. Rupture of a hepatic subcapsular hematoma is a relatively rare cause of sudden death following minor blunt abdominal trauma. Death may be delayed several days to weeks. The autopsy is an invaluable diagnostic tool that can be utilized to uncover sudden deaths due to abdominal trauma. The case of an alcoholic who died of a ruptured hepatic subcapsular hematoma is presented. The death investigation revealed that the victim had sustained blunt abdominal trauma during a fall a few days prior to death.  相似文献

The objective of the present work was to obtain histological and morphometric characteristics of internal organs available for forensic medical examination from 236 corpses of subjects aged between 23 to 48 years whose death was caused by acute blood loss following a mechanical injury and concomitant alcohol or drug intoxication. Diagnostic signs of acute blood loss have been identified that can be used by forensic medical experts to estimate the length of the terminal period and reveal characteristic features of blood loss associated with alcohol and drug intoxication.  相似文献

Lipid-deposits in internal organs, e.g. nephrons, are discussed as reliable marker to determine hypothermia as cause of death. While investigations concerning lipid vacuoles in the epithelium of the renal tubules are already published, there is no systematic information available about hypothermia and lipid deposits in cardiomyocytes. Therefore, this retrospective study presents the first results of lipid-stainings of myocardial samples taken by autopsies in hypothermia-cases in comparison to samples from a control group. It was the aim of the study to clarify the conceivable causal relationship between death due to hypothermia and lipid-deposits apart from lipofuscin and fatty degeneration, respectively, in cardiomyocytes.  相似文献

A case of a 35-year-old male who died suddenly after a blow on the chest by his opponent during a quarrel. From both the clinical and autoptical examinations there was no evidence of trauma found anywhere, even in the chest. The heart was the only one of all the internal organs whereon significant pathologic changes were observed during autopsy. It's lesions were as follows: (I) The right ventricle was greatly enlarged simply due to the simple right ventricular outflow tract stenosis (SRVOTS); the heart weight was 587 g. (II) All the main trunks of coronary arteries were involved by atherosclerosis. In addition, the appearance of the lumen at the proximal end of the left anterior descending artery narrowed by an atheromatous plaque (grade II) was completely occluded by a newly formed thrombus. The authors believed that both the coronary atherosclerotic changes and the enlarged heart due to the SRVOTS played a role in the pathogenesis of death (Kelberlus, H.E. and Wellens, H.J.J., Sudden Death, Developments in Cardiovascular Medicine, Vol. 4, Martinys Nijhoff Publishers, London, 1980, pp. 34-48; Jinming, Qin, A study of cardiac sudden death (51 cases) on the clinical pathologic view, Tianjin Med., 8 (1980) 458-461). 刑事鉴定对于公安机关侦查破案发挥着日趋重要的作用,公安机关在侦查线索的寻找、侦查方向的确定乃至侦查终结的定案证据等方面都极为依赖刑事鉴定.然而,因公安刑事鉴定制度本身存在某些缺陷而容易产生诸多鉴定问题,进而导致侦查错误的发生,以致酿成了一系列刑事冤案.完善现行的公安刑事鉴定制度首先亟需解决公安机关内设鉴定机构的组织管理制度问题,即应确保内设鉴定机构的相对独立,同时应明确对刑事鉴定技术的采用标准.诚然,完善公安刑事鉴定制度并不能完全杜绝侦查错误的发生,但是可以减少侦查错误发生的概率.  相似文献

本文报告了1985年1月18日,中国民航 B-434(安-24)号客机在济南失事的法医学鉴定。机上乘员41人,死38人,伤3人。死难中以撞击伤(大部四肢骨折)和烧伤为主。死因主要是脏器的严重损坏、创伤性休克、大出血。部分死于烧伤。个人识别是空难法医学鉴定的主要内容,本例主要采用体貌鉴别和个人遗物鉴别(占90%),得到满意结果。本文讨论了客机失事的法医学处理问题,还就作者实践并结合国外经验提出我国飞机失事法医学鉴定程序的设想。  相似文献

In regions with low autopsy rates, forensic examiners often have to rely on external findings. Imaging techniques can assist the external examination and provide a more objective diagnosis. The SonoSite 180, a portable ultrasound device, was used for the examination of dead bodies. The influence of different degrees of decomposition was estimated. Even in cases with intestinal gas formation images of internal organs could be obtained with special techniques. Various pathological findings were detected by ultrasound and verified by autopsy (e.g. pericardial tamponade, cardiac hypertrophy, fatty liver, aortic aneurysm, metastatic liver, etc.). The experiences with the SonoSite 180 are promising. The device can be carried to the death scene or to the morgue and therefore serve as a valuable tool for medicolegal applications.  相似文献

Postmortem stability of cyanide biomarkers is often disputed. We assessed the time and temperature-dependent changes in cytochrome c oxidase (CCO) activity and cyanide concentration in various organs of mice succumbing to cyanide. Immediately after death, excised mice organs and mice cadavers were stored at room temperature (35°C ± 5°C) or in frozen storage (−20°C ± 2°C). At various times after death, CCO activity and cyanide concentrations were measured in excised mice organs or organs removed from mice cadavers. The study revealed that (i) measuring both the biomarkers in mice cadavers was more reliable compared to excised mice organs, (ii) measuring temporal CCO activity and cyanide concentration in vital organs from mice cadavers (room temperature) was reliable up to 24 h, and (iii) CCO activity in the brain and lungs and cyanide concentration in organs from mice cadavers (frozen) were measurable beyond 21 days. This study will be helpful in postmortem determination of cyanide poisoning.  相似文献

目的建立生物检材中百草枯的超高效液相色谱-质谱联用检测方法,研究百草枯灌胃染毒致死的大鼠动物模型。方法大鼠以1/2 LD_(50)剂量灌胃染毒,分别于染毒后0.5h、2h、4h、8h、12h、24h、48h、72h处死解剖,采集心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑、肌肉、膀胱和胃组织,UPLC-MS/MS法定量检测各组织中百草枯。结果试验中大鼠灌胃后,4h以内胃是主要分布器官,胃中含量最多,其他器官中含量相对较低。4h内除胃以外的脏器含量变化不大,4h后胃内百草枯含量有所下降,除胃以外的脏器含量均升高。各组织与脑组织比较具有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论百草枯在大鼠体内死后分布不均匀并且各组织含量随着时间变化有所改变。百草枯UPLC-MS/MS方法、口服染毒致死的动物模型、各组织分布规律可为甲百草枯中毒死亡案件提供检测依据。  相似文献

Commotio cordis is a rare and fatal mechano‐electric arrhythmogenic syndrome, occurring mainly during sports activities. The present study describes two similar cases of sudden death caused by commotio cordis associated with homicide. The two decedents were both 15‐year‐old male teenagers. Both collapsed within several minutes after being punched in the precordial region, as observed by witnesses at the scenes. Although electrocardiograms were not recorded at the scenes or the hospitals, the sudden onset of cardiovascular, respiratory, and neural symptoms were consistent with sudden cardiac death caused by commotio cordis. Autopsy and forensic morphology both revealed no cardiac or pericardiac structural damage, evident lesions of other internal organs, or underlying diseases, along with negative toxicological analysis, conforming to criteria for diagnosis of commotio cordis. The diagnosis of commotio cordis by forensic pathologists is important in deliberating a verdict of homicide, especially involuntary homicide. In rare instances, a death caused by commotio cordis may have a homicide manner of death.  相似文献

Blunt abdominal trauma can cause rapid death resulting from serious injuries of internal organs. The liver is commonly involved and may show tearing, usually in its upper surface, resulting in hemoperitoneum eventually leading to death. Minor trauma implies serious liver damage only when previous pathologic changes causing enlargement of the organ are present. The case of a 25-year-old woman who died as a consequence of a minor road accident is reported. At autopsy, the body showed no external injuries, the only relevant finding being a massive hemoperitoneum from the rupture of an unusually large liver cell adenoma. Liver cell adenomas carry a serious risk of spontaneous rupture, which may result in the death of the patient. The occurrence of the rupture after a minor blunt abdominal trauma is highly unusual.  相似文献
