在非物质文化遗产的保护与开发中,媒介的参与不仅仅是技术性的,更应是主动性的。所谓媒介的自觉,指的是把媒介参与的主动性有的放矢为深入挖掘、真实呈现非物质文化遗产背后的文化内涵及生成、发展的规律性,并使其转化为大众传承、发展非物质文化遗产的创新性,形成有利于文化遗产保护、发展、创新、认同的社会信息环境。保存原真性,发现规律性,应是媒介参与非物质文化遗产保护开发的本质表达,也是媒介参与的社会、文化功能的深刻体现。     

为了“民族记忆的背影”——广西全力抢救保护非物质文化遗产

在广西，被誉为“民族记忆的背影”的民间传说、习俗、语言、音乐、舞蹈、礼仪、庆典、烹调以及传统医药等非物质文化遗产，有不少已经消失或濒临消失。为了抢救这些非物质文化遗产，从2005年起，我区各市开始申报国家级非物质文化遗产保护名录，经专家评审后，确定广西第一批非物质文化遗产代表作名录58个，其中19个项目纳入国家保护范畴。

讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音,是加强国际传播能力的重要任务,是新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设的必然要求。非物质文化遗产作为一种文化形态,是当代中国重要的文化资源,是新时代弘扬和传承中华优秀传统文化的重要载体。做好讲好中国故事语境下非物质文化遗产的创新性表达,就是要让非物质文化遗产真正活起来、动起来、新起来、奇起来,要在传承延续历史文脉的前提下做到兼容并蓄、与时俱进,让非物质文化遗产作为中国一张靓丽的名片走向全世界。     

非物质文化遗产保护运动和中国民俗学——“公共民俗学”在中国的可能性与危险性

中国民俗学参与非物质文化遗产保护运动的各种学术实践,具有“公共民俗学”的属性.对非物质文化遗产相关问题的实践性和应用性研究,将促使民俗学在中国成长为一门能对国家文化政策、对非物质文化遗产行政、对现代中国社会的多种文化事象及问题展开基于学理的解释、揭示、评论和批评的具有公共性的学问.但在中国并不适宜在原本就有高度应用属性的民俗学之外另行建构“公共民俗学”.民俗学作为一门科学只应是纯学术的,其对现实的介入、参与和社会贡献,均应基于切实的资料积累和严谨的田野调查,并在纯学术研究的基础之上展开.根据民俗学的实践性和公共性,不妨将民俗学对非物质文化遗产保护运动的参与等社会性学术实践定义为中国式的“公共民俗学”,但也应对其学术有可能被行政权力“同化”的危险性保持警惕.
