Family Ties: The Political Genealogy of Shining Path's Comrade Norah

Family was central to the political life of Augusta La Torre (or Comrade Norah), the second‐in‐command of the Peruvian Communist Party‐Shining Path (PCP‐SL). La Torre was the daughter of a Communist Party militant and the granddaughter of a prominent provincial political figure. She was also the wife of Shining Path founder Abimael Guzmán. La Torre's familial history demonstrates the importance of parental and grandparental contributions to Senderistas' political formation, and suggests that parents and children were sometimes united in their support for the Shining Path. La Torre's family ties, however, have also led numerous observers to question her revolutionary credentials.

From modest beginnings as an agrarian country, Ireland now has one of the highest growth rates in the world as a result of its sound economic policies, innovation, and the deliberate internatioalisation of its economy.     

国家战略视野中的亚太区域旅游合作

亚太地区是中国国家战略利益的核心区域.对于中国参与亚太旅游合作,应从国家大战略的角度加以审视,应以经济互利互惠的"富邻"战略、对话与文化沟通的"睦邻"战略、国土安全与和平的"安邻"战略为目标,全面开放与周边接壤国家的边境旅游,并通过经济文化联系发挥中国的地区政治影响力,不断提升中国的"国家品牌".本文主要从国家战略层面对中国的亚太旅游合作环境及战略架构进行了探讨.     

试析冷战后的中日俄关系演变:现实主义的视角

冷战两极体制结束以来,中日俄三边关系正发生着深刻的变化.随着中国实力的快速增长,中国因素的重要性凸显;美国的世界战略对中日俄关系的发展具有重大影响;在中日关系和中俄关系相对稳定的情况下,日俄关系正逐步升温,三国间的互动格局渐趋形成.     

俄罗斯国家定位:从帝国到面向欧亚的民族国家

冷战后的俄罗斯丧失了帝国但还没有形成清晰的国家定位。关于俄罗斯国家定位,从内部看是如何处理帝国后遗症与走向正常的民族国家之间的关系,从外部看是关于走向西方与面向欧亚之间的矛盾。在经历国内政治、经济的艰难转型以及对外的外交博弈,帝国之后的俄罗斯其国家定位必然是建设在面向欧亚基础上的正常的民族国家。
