“贩卖童话”还是“延续童话”——上海迪士尼乐园的消费空间展演与游客体验

消费空间属于体验的场所,上海迪士尼乐园试图通过特定的空间展演精心构造一个童话王国,满足游客的童话幻想体验。那么,迪士尼化的消费空间展演给予游客什么样的消费体验和文化内涵,这到底是一场构建权力风景的销售童话还是满足游客延续童话情感代入的消费活动呢?基于上海迪士尼乐园的观察、访谈和对相关游记的情感分析,研究发现上海迪士尼乐园的空间展演使游客难以获得沉浸式体验,具体表现为环境中建筑和设施的不协调、表演现场工作人员的沉浸与出戏、被剪裁的项目时间和无尽的排队等待,从而产生幻想和现实的撕扯感。这意味着,渗透了迪士尼化的展演到处暗示着消费等级,游客体验背后表达的是消费主义的阶级文化和权力区隔。
