中国共产党的核心地位--刚果(金)友好人士谈访华观感

中国国际交流协会是中国对外联络的一个重要民间组织,已有21年的历史,与世界上90多个国家的200多个组织有交往.在北京,代表团与交协、中央政策研究室和中国经济联络中心的负责人进行了交谈.除北京外,访问了西宁和上海,分别会见了青海省和上海市的领导,了解了中国的扶贫工作,参观了乡镇企业、中外合资企业、经济开发区、居民住宅区和技术、旅游职业培训学校等.     

我真正打开了世界之书--一位喀麦隆友人的访华观感

编者按:喀麦隆人民民主联盟书记处特派员帕斯卡尔·贝科洛·贝科洛于2000年10月23日～11月5日参加了由中联部组织的非洲国家政党研讨考察团.回国后,他撰写了一部名为<世界之书--中国探访>的专著,于2001年3月由喀麦隆行动出版社出版.现将该书部分内容摘译如下.     

默克尔访华后的中德关系

今年5月21-23日,德国总理默克尔成功访华.正如人们期待的那样,在2005年德国大选与政府更迭之后,中德关系仍然保持了连续性和稳定性,并继续呈现着全面、快速发展的势头,各个领域的合作不断加深.对此,温家宝总理22日在与默克尔总理会谈时说:中德关系已进入成熟阶段.     

安倍晋三首相访华后的中日关系

2018年10月,日本首相安倍晋三访问中国。此访是时隔七年日本领导人再次访华,是一次务实之旅。中日双方就第三方市场合作达成52项协议。中日关系有望进入新阶段,但是两国之间原有的结构性矛盾并未根本解决,机遇与挑战将交替出现。新形势下,要保持中日关系的稳定发展,还需中日两国各界不懈努力。     

二十年后再看苏联演变

今年12月是苏联演变（含苏共消亡、苏联解体两层意思）20周年。20年来,有关这方面的论述是很多的,围绕苏联演变原因的探讨尤其热烈。本文就戈尔巴乔夫时期以失败告终的改革的背景、历程、教训、原因以及相关思考,在回顾基础上作一综述。限于篇幅,只能择其要项,谈五个方面。

冷战后南非共产党的新变化

南非共产党自1921年成立至今已经走过了80多年的历程。期间经历了反帝反殖斗争的长期考验和苏东剧变的冲击,力量不断发展壮大,并在近十年实现了从非法政党到合法政党、从在野党到主要参政党的两大飞跃。作为非洲地区最活跃的共产党,南非共产党继续坚持马列主义和共产主义的最终目标,并结合世界形势的发展变化对社会主义进行了新的探索,努力使南非的社会主义事业继续向前发展。     

冷战后日本内政的变化

日本自民党曾经长期单独执政,但到了1993年,自民党的这种“一党独霸”局面被打破。到了今天,日本自民党的影响犹存,这主要表现在:自民党在国会两院仍然占据多数席位;自民党在进行议员选举时对选民仍具有吸引力;选民不一定衷心拥护自民党,但也不会支持其他的党派(民意调查显示,自民党支持率在20％-30％之间,不支持任何政党的比率占40％左右)。     

Five years after the Arab Spring: a critical evaluation

A new political geography has emerged in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) after the Arab Spring. The transformative impact of the popular upheavals appeared to put an end to long-term authoritarian regimes. Today, the region is far from stable since authoritarian resilience violently pushed back popular demands for good governance and is pushing to restore former state structures. However, the collective consciousness of the popular revolts endures, and a transformative prospect may emerge on the horizon. The chaotic situation is the result of an ongoing struggle between those who seek change and transformation and others in favour of the status quo ante. A critical evaluation of the Arab Spring after five years indicates a continuous process of recalculation and recalibration of policies and strategies. There are alternative routes for an eventual settlement in the MENA region, which are in competition against both regional and transregional quests for a favourable order.     

第二次世界大战结束60周年与日中关系

一、2000年、50年、60年 中国朋友常说"2000年的友好,50年的战争".我想这是指日中两国以文化为中心的2000年友好交流史,以及从1894年的日清战争到1945年日本战败这50年的日本侵华战争.但很多的中国朋友不愿涉及战后的60年.     

Assessing the G77: 50 years after unctad and 40 years after the nieo

This article views the history of the Group of 77 through the lens of its relations with unctad’s establishment in 1964, its unsuccessful struggle for the nieo in the 1970s, and the subsequent loosening of ties. The debt crisis of the 1980s, the Uruguay Round negotiations, and the arrival of the wto are seen as crucial forces unravelling the previously close links. Growing differentiation among developing countries and the changing leadership of the G77 are also cited as important influences on its current relationship with unctad.     

Poland ten years after: the church

Ten years after the collapse of communist rule, church-state relations in Poland present a mixed picture. On the one hand, the Roman Catholic church continues to enjoy a privileged position in the country and has achieved most of its cherished goals. On the other hand, its very success carried with it seeds of its future decline. This was particularly true in several areas where the church's aggressive and arrogant behavior has proved counter productive: religious education, anti-abortion legislation, Christian values in mass media, antisemitism, murky church finances, the concordat with the Holy See, and the debate on the new constitution. As a result, there has been a steady decline in popular support for the church which itself has developed some serious rifts in its supposedly united posture. It may be hypothesized that the power and influence of the church actually peaked in the early 1990s and that, having absorbed some of the lessons from its decline, its future policies may well be less triumphalist and controversial, and more accommodating.     

Twenty years after 1989: moving on from transitology

This article sets within a qualitative framework part of the social sciences research that has been carried out on Central and Eastern Europe since 1989. This qualitative study relies upon quantitative data from journal monitoring carried out on a number of thematic journals on post-Communist Europe. What the article demonstrates is that political science research on post-Communist Europe has advanced from the stage of transitology to methodological approaches more deeply entrenched within the European whole. Sociological research, on the other hand, has recently started to position the East European regional inside the European or global more emphatically.     

Ukraine twenty years after independence: Concept models of the society

This paper attempts to create an overview of the Ukraine twenty years after independence by presenting prevailing conceptual narrative models of Ukraine employed by Ukrainian and foreign experts. Based on the analysis of 58 interviews of Ukrainian political and intellectual elites and foreign experts, the study revealed several categories of conceptual narrative models employed by respondents: (1) a state without a national idea and a common identity; (2) a country in an unfinished transition and degradation; (3) a divided society; and (4) Ukraine as a colony or “wild capitalism”. The analysis of these categories helps to assess conflict potential in Ukraine and discuss some ideas for conflict prevention and resolution.
