GC/NPD,GC/FID分析生物品中的氟乙酰胺   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
报道了用GC/NPD、GC/FID分析生物试样中的氟乙酰胺的方法,在1g肝组织中加入5.0μg氟乙酰胺,回收率为85.1%,RSD为5.39(n=7);1ml血中加5μg,回收率为85.15%,RSD为7.11%;在1g胃组织中加入10μg,回收率为81.6%,RSD为10.1%(n=7)。研究的方法经实验和中毒案件的应用,效果较好。  相似文献

建立了生物检材中芬氟拉明的定性定量分析方法。体液及脏器组织经有机溶剂提取后 ,用GC/MS法进行药物筛选、定性 ,生物检材中的芬氟拉明浓度用4 -苯丁胺作内标、GC/NPD法测定。测得芬氟拉明中毒致死者的血液、尿液、肝等组织中浓度分别为7.8μg/ml、64.2μg/ml、31.3μg/g。并对尸体解剖所见及方法可行性进行讨论  相似文献

当今,制药工业的飞速发展,大批新药,特别是止痛药、麻醉药、新型农药和加工剂型的问世、发展与广泛应用,加之管理不善,控制不严,使中毒案件有逐年增多之势.法庭科学要求毒物工作者提供快速、准确的毒物及其代谢物的鉴定方法.常用的TLC、UV、HPLC、IR、GC等分析方法,固然有许多优点,但就应用范围,检测灵敏度和对未知物结构定性、定量分析均不如MS法.GC/MS仪作为复杂有机混合物快速、灵敏、可靠的鉴定技术在法庭科学鉴定中已获得越来越广泛的应用.早在70年代初,美国法医毒物学家首先将它用于毒物分析.经过二十几年的发展,已形成有机质谱应用的重要分支——法庭科学质谱.这期间,高效毛细管色/质(HRGC/MS)技术、电离技术、离子传输技  相似文献

White criminality is increasingly defined and controlled via the medical model. This is made possible by the white racial frame, which constructs ‘whiteness’ as normative and white deviance as individual aberration or mental illness. Conversely, the white racial frame constructs Blackness as synonymous with criminality. Media depictions of crime and criminals play a central role in furthering this framing, which provides the underlying legitimation for disparities in social control. The result is double standards of definition and control which medicalize whiteness and criminalize Blackness. This differential framing of whiteness and Blackness provides the foundation for the expansion of both the medical and prison industrial complexes, which are characterized by real racial differences despite comparable patterns of deviance across racial lines.  相似文献

Immature IT security, increasing network connectivity and unwavering media attention is causing an increase in the number of control system cyber security incidents. For forensic examinations in these environments, knowledge and skills are needed in the field of hardware, networks and data analysis. For forensic examiners, this paper is meant to be a crash course on control systems and their forensic opportunities, focussing on the differences compared to regular IT systems. Assistance from experienced field engineers during forensic acquisition of control systems seems inevitable in order to guarantee process safety, business continuity and examination efficiency. For people working in the control system community, this paper may be helpful to get an idea about specific forensic issues about which they would normally not bother, but may be crucial as soon as their systems are under attack or become part of a law enforcement investigation. For analysis of acquired data, existing tools for network security monitoring have useful functionality for forensic applications but are designed for real-time acquisition and often not directly usable for post-mortem analysis of acquired data in a forensically sound way. The constant and predictable way in which control systems normally behave makes forensic application of anomaly-based threat detection an interesting topic for further research.  相似文献

Abstract

The notion of sustainable development has become, over the last fifteen years, an integral part of international environmental law and policy. It is recognition that environmental issues do not exist in a vacuum, but rather arc part of much wider structural issues involving both economic and social dimensions. However, does this concern for sustainable development now mean that protecting the natural environment is no longer about ecological conservation per se, but rather is simply abour ensuring an adequate environment to maintain economic development? And if so, what of those environments where the economic value is a secondary consideration? Or where human activity has a disproportionate effect? Can sustainable development be interpreted in a way that reconciles these seemingly opposite demands? This paper examines these issues from the perspective of the 1991 Madrid Protocol on Environmental Protection to the 1959 Antarctic Treaty. It will suggest that sustainable development is a broader concept than one that simply requires an instrumental approach to environmental protection. In fact, the paper will conclude that sustainable development is a relatively meaningless notion if it docs not also contain a strong element of environmental conservation, and not only in such ecologically important areas as Antarctica.  相似文献
