Some aspects of simulation experiments in forensic medicine are discussed, specifically those in studies of biomechanics and expert evaluation of the probable circumstances of a head injury caused by falling on a plane from a standing posture. Based on mathematical simulation and multifactorial analysis of physical parameters characterizing the process of falling (inertia, angular velocity, etc.), the authors prove the possibility of differentiating between spontaneous falling of a victim and falling caused by an outer force, and estimating the value of this force.  相似文献

昆明市103例高坠死亡案件的坠落高度以及案件性质分析   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
目的对103例高坠死亡案例进行回顾性分析,研究尸体损伤与坠落高度、坠落高度与水平移行距离、水平移行距离与案件性质之间的关系。方法收集2001~2015年间昆明市公安局所受理的高坠案例共103例,所得数据均经spss17.0进行统计检验。结果颅骨骨折在坠落高度为11米以上时的概率较大,四肢骨折在各高度出现的概率均比较大,肋骨骨折在坠落高度为21米以上时的概率较大,尸体的坠落高度与水平移行距离存在正相关关系。坠落高度在11米以上时自杀多见,水平移行距离在1.1m以上时自杀多见。结论尸体损伤、水平移行距离可作为辅助手段估算坠落高度,水平移行距离可作为判断案件性质的参考数据。  相似文献

目的观察大鼠脑挫伤后不同时间内巢蛋白(nestin)蛋白表达的变化,探讨其与脑损伤经过时间的关系。方法利用自由落体撞击大鼠脑挫伤模型,在脑挫伤后不同时间(0.5,6,12h和1,3,7,14,28d)观察nestin蛋白在伤侧皮质、海马齿状回及胼胝体表达情况。结果伤后0.5h伤侧皮质、海马齿状回及胼胝体nestin阳性细胞表达开始增强,7d达高峰,以后逐渐下降,28d伤侧皮质、海马齿状回恢复至正常组水平,伤侧胼胝体在伤后28d仍有弱表达。结论nestin免疫组化染色可以作为法医学推断早期脑损伤时间的指标之一;nestin可作为判断脑损伤是否存在及区分生前和死后脑损伤的标志。  相似文献

Lethal accidents with tourists who died of trauma in high mountains of Kabardino-Balkaria were retrospectively studied for the period from 1978 to 2003. The victims were 163 males and 17 females aged 14-72 years. Among causes of death most prevalent was a step-by-step blunt mechanical trauma as a result of falling from a great height. In such conditions the body obtains great kinetic energy causing a severe, often lethal, craniocerebral injury with destruction of the brain, blunt injury of the chest, thoracic and other organs.  相似文献

Although, fatal collisions between pedestrians and bicycles are relatively rare, they are still of forensic relevance because of the need to explore the circumstances of the accident. Based on three reconstructed cases, situation and injury patterns are presented that might prove useful in future cases: usually the person causing the accident is the cyclist while the pedestrian generally suffers more severe injuries; the situation at the site of accident is important for its reconstruction: end location of the persons involved in the accident, injuries and traces on pedestrians and cyclists, traces at the site of accident and on the bicycle; because of the lack of pre-crash traces and any eyewitness accounts, the pedestrian's injuries are the best starting point for the reconstruction of the accident; a characteristic wound on the lower leg of the pedestrian that reveals the initial impact between the front wheel and the leg is crucial not because of its seriousness, but because of its external morphology; the injuries that can be expected by the following impact between body and handlebar are unspecific and only minor; the most severe injuries to the pedestrian as a result of the accident are caused secondarily by falling and hitting the head on the road; the fall of the cyclist, however, corresponds to a throw-off followed by a sliding phase with less impact load when the head hits the ground [maximum abbreviated injury scale 1 (MAIS 1)]; the cyclists involved are mainly younger persons on fashionable bicycles (here: mountain bikes); in the great majority of cases, the injured pedestrians are frail, elderly people with a lower tolerance of trauma.  相似文献

The primary objective of body armor research is the development of low-cost, lightweight, wearable garments that effectively resist ballistic impact. This study introduces a material intended to reduce nonpenetration trauma by absorbing energy from ballistic impacts. Layers of web were made by low-melting point polyester (LMPET) on unaligned fibers of high-strength polyamide 6 (HSPA6). A compound nonwoven fabric was made by laying high-strength Vectran filaments between two layers of HSPA6-LMPET web. The new fabric underwent needle punching and thermal bonding to form a composite sandwich structure. The new fabric was subjected to a falling weight impact test and a ballistic impact test. The results indicated that the material with the new design reduced maximum indentation depth by 8%. Furthermore, soft body armor made from the material with the new design would cost less to produce and would weigh 22.5% less than conventional soft body armor.  相似文献

目的 观察大鼠创伤性脑损伤后,脑组织中Bcl-2及Fas-L不同时间的表达变化,探讨其与脑损伤经过时间的关系。方法 自由落体法制作大鼠脑创伤模型,在伤后不同时间处死动物并取材后,进行Bcl-2、Fas-L免疫组织化学(SP法)和HE染色观察;图像处理大鼠脑挫伤后不同时间Bcl-2及Fas-L免疫反应阳性细胞并进行统计学分析。结果 染色阳性细胞主要分布在挫伤灶的周围。Bcl-2在伤后30min即有阳性表达,后逐渐加深;至伤后4h达高峰,然后随时间延长,阳性细胞染色强度逐渐减弱。脑挫伤后30min,损伤灶的周围即出现Fas-L阳性表达,随后呈缓慢增长;从伤后4h,Fas-L阳性反应的程度及数量逐渐显著增加。结论 脑挫伤后Bcl-2和Fas-L的表达在伤后不同时间,呈现一定的规律性变化。  相似文献

本文对520例不同年龄组的颅脑损伤CT片进行了观察分析,表明青少年损伤原因以高坠多见,损伤类型以颅骨凹陷骨折及硬膜外血肿多见,老年组损伤原因以头部击伤多见,损伤类型以颅骨骨折、硬膜下血肿、脑多发性挫裂伤及脑多发性血肿多见,成年组介于两者之间。  相似文献

A naked man died under peculiar circumstances and the postmortem examination revealed unexpected lesions in the cervical spine. Investigations of the cervical spine (computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and histological examination) showed that a piece of bone was torn of the anterior part of vertebra C6 and that there was fresh bleeding in the surrounding tissue. The cause of death remained unclear but was most likely cardiac arrhythmia initiated by beta-2 agonist inhalation due to an acute asthmatic attack. Data from biomechanical investigation using finite element analysis supported the conclusion that the cervical spine injury was secondary to impact during falling as a consequence of the cardiac arrhythmia.  相似文献

Celebratory gunfire injuries from “falling bullets” occur when guns are fired into the air during celebrations without realizing that this can cause serious injuries or even fatalities. Fatal celebratory gunfire injury is an uncommonly reported event in the continental United States. Our electronic database was queried for homicides occurring within days of July 4th and December 31st over a 14‐year period. We describe two cases of fatal gunfire injury due to celebratory gunfire occurring during New Year's Eve in Southern Florida. The relevant literature is reviewed. These case reports illustrate that fatal gunfire injuries sustained from “falling bullets” may pose as an unexpected mimic to sudden natural deaths especially in patients with prior medical history. A high index of suspicion to recognize such injury is required particularly during holidays.  相似文献

目的观察不同体积的血滴以3种撞击速度垂直撞击3种不同介质形成的滴状血迹形态及大小,并探讨其相关性。方法将8种不同体积(14~115IxL)的抗凝猪m形成血滴,以3种不同的撞击速度(3.1~5.4m/s)分别垂直滴落于白纸、玻璃及釉面地砖上,观察形成血迹的形态特征,测量其直径,并采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析。结果在3种撞击速度条件下,在3种介质上形成的滴状血迹直径均随血滴体积的增加而增大,血迹直径与血滴体积存在较好的线性关系,可得出回归方程(回归模型R2〉0.85,P〈0.01);介质表面越粗糙,血迹直径越小;仅在自纸上发现血迹边缘有突起形成,且其数目随血滴体积的增加而增多。撞击速度及血滴体积存在较好的多重线性关系,可得出多重回归方程(回归模型R2〉0.90,P〈0.01)。结论垂直撞击形成的血迹形态及大小与血滴体积、撞击速度具有显著的相关性,可望用于推测出血源位置、受伤体位及出血部位载体。  相似文献

目的探讨创伤性脑损伤后大鼠海马microRNA的表达变化与认知功能障碍的相关性。方法 25只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组和伤后1h、1d、3d、5d组,采用Feeney自由落体法建立创伤性脑损伤动物模型。各组大鼠于设定的损伤时间点检测事件相关电位P300,应用基因芯片技术检测海马microRNA的表达情况,筛选特异性表达的microRNA。结果各组大鼠伤后P300的潜伏期延长,波幅下降,以伤后1d为甚。与假手术组相比,伤后各实验组microRNA表达谱具有显著差异。其中miR-21、miR-16、let-7b的表达与P300潜伏期变化存在显著相关,伤后1d为差异性表达的关键时间点。结论 microRNA可能在创伤性脑损伤后发生的认知功能障碍中发挥调控作用,有望为脑损伤后认知功能的法医学鉴定提供新的思路。  相似文献

目的探讨不同受力部位颅脑摔跌伤后损伤程度和特征差异。方法收集摔跌所致颅脑损伤68例,根据案情、受伤过程、临床体征、CT影像资料将受伤部位分为颅前部、颅侧部、颅后部;损伤类型分为颅骨骨折、硬脑膜外血肿、硬脑膜下血肿和脑挫裂伤;损伤数量分为单一和多发伤;颅骨骨折分为受力点骨折和非受力点骨折;脑挫裂伤分为冲击伤、对冲伤等。运用非参数统计χ2检验比较其频数分布。结果不同摔跌部位颅骨骨折和颅脑损伤程度存在明显差异(P0.05),颅后部摔跌颅骨骨折远离受力点多见,多发伤为主,而颅前部、颅侧部受力点骨折多见,单处损伤多见;颅后部、颅侧部摔跌后脑挫裂伤发生率高,以对冲部位多见,颅前部摔跌后脑挫裂伤发生率低,冲击伤亦多见。结论摔跌部位不同颅脑损伤程度和特征存在差异,CT检查资料有助于损伤机制推断。  相似文献

目的 探讨行人交通事故和致伤车辆类型的关系,总结其规律.方法 回顾90例行人交通事故案例,分析致伤车辆、损伤部位、损伤特点、严重程度之间的关系. 结果 不同类型致伤车辆所致的撞击伤好发部位取决于受撞击时人体的姿势和车头突出部位的高度,其损伤特点与作用力大小、方向和接触面光滑程度相关. 结论 通过对行人撞击伤的损伤部位、损伤特点、严重程度的分析,可以推断致伤车辆类型.  相似文献

目的探讨细胞色素C含量测定在脑干损伤死后诊断中的意义。方法采用重物自由落体造成的大鼠急性脑干损伤模型,通过酶联免疫(ELISA)的方法,检测脑干损伤致死大鼠与非脑干损伤致死大鼠脑干组织细胞胞浆细胞色素C含量。结果急性脑干损伤组神经元细胞胞浆细胞色素C的含量(8.276±0.425)较非脑干损伤组(2.002±0.514)为高,其差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论脑干组织细胞色素C含量测定对急性脑干损伤的死后诊断具有参考价值。  相似文献

Although a plethora of studies focus on jury decision making in sexual harassment cases, few studies examine damage award assessments in such suits, and even fewer explore the impact of psychological injury on jurors’ liability and damage award assessments. In the present study, 342 undergraduates read a hostile environment sexual harassment case that manipulated the plaintiff’s psychological injury level (severe vs. mild vs. control) to investigate whether males and females made different damage decisions. Males using a reasonable person standard found more liability as the severity of the plaintiff’s psychological injury increased. However, males using a reasonable woman standard found less liability with the addition of any psychological injury information. Similarly, for mild and severe injuries, males using the reasonable woman standard awarded lower damages than males using the reasonable person standard. Females tended to find more harassment than males, but psychological injury and legal standard had little impact on females’ legal decisions. We discuss these findings in light of the positive relationship often observed between the plaintiff’s injury severity level and pro-plaintiff verdicts.  相似文献

Periosteal injuries and deposition of trace corpuscles on the periosteum resultant from stroke with blunt hard objects and in car or railway accidents are analyzed. The greatest number of trace corpuscles of different origin are formed as a result of direct strike of a hard blunt object against the bone surface. They are deposited at the site of periosteal injury, which should be removed and examined by special methods. This will help determine the mechanism of injury and identify the object with which the injury was inflicted.  相似文献
