目的阐述电子物证检验技术的专业内容和组成,以及开展电子物证检验的作用和重要意义;方法研究美国、欧洲和国内电子证据及其检验鉴定的数据资料,结合国内物证检验技术发展现状和需求,论证电子物证检验技术;结果提出了电子物证检验定义、检验对象、技术方法、特点作用以及尽快在国内建立电子物证检验专业等观点;结论电子物证检验是关于识别、发现、提取、保存、恢复、展示、分析和鉴定电子设备中存在的电子信息(电子证据)的科学技术,其检验结果可以作案件侦查线索或法庭证据。开展电子物证检验可以有效提高犯罪侦查效率。  相似文献

物证检验在刑事侦查中具有重要作用。在我国,物证检验尚属一个有待进一步开发的领域。为了借鉴外国物证检验方面的研究成果,促进我国物证检验工作的开展,本讲座编译了国外有关物证检验的内容。其中包括:物证检验常用仪器、玻璃检验、泥土检验、金属检验、涂料检验、纤维检验和有关法医物证检验等。本讲座侧重于基本原理和基本方法的系统介绍,这无论对于理论研究还是实际工作都有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

面对21世纪生物犯罪或生物恐怖活动的新挑战,物证鉴定的新专业--微生物物证检验将成为执法部门侦查和起诉生物犯罪必不可少的手段。微生物物证检验以用作犯罪武器的各种微生物为检验对象,获得微生物种类和能够提供来源信息的菌毒株细致分型结果,达到提供犯罪侦查线索和法庭证据的目的。本文综述了微生物物证检验的定义、特征、技术应用以及美国近年来在微生物物证检验的实践和值得借鉴的成功经验。并建议我国物证鉴定实验室应积极开展研究,建立能够满足生物犯罪侦查需求的微生物物证检验能力。  相似文献

Commercialization of new university technology within the new product development process is an important tool by which established firms can expand their innovative capabilities. The strategic importance of the university technology to the firm, however, can vary considerably. An exclusivity agreement is a useful tool to protect the firm’s investment and help ensure that value is appropriated through the commercialization process. An empirical study of 66 technology transfer projects in the information and communications technology industry reveals that licensing transactions are usually secured by some form of exclusivity agreements when the product innovation enabled by the new university technology is new-to-the-firm or new-to-the-market and the firm’s perception of the strategic value of the new technologies is high.   相似文献

It emphasizes the use of market research to facilitate the conversion of new technology into marketable new products and to guide decisions regarding future directions for technology research. The concepts, framework and methodology of the technology transfer process are discussed. On the basis of research a model of the transfer mechanism is developed. This model is carried through several iterations to arrive at a predictive model of technology transfer. The model is useful in terms of exposing difficiencies in the acceptance of new and/or innovative technology. In addition the model has a future usefulness in terms of providing a basis for a quantitative measure of the effectiveness of an organization to capitalize on the technology transfer process.  相似文献

The transfer of new health technology to South Africa is occurring despite the fact that North American and European health care planners and entrepreneurs have a very limited understanding of traditional Black South African cultures which condition the health-related behaviors of the majority of the population. Consequently, relatively few people of African descent in this very diverse nation are, at least initially, benefiting from the new imported medical technology. This study gives an overview of traditional Black medicine in South Africa and, through the presentation of several case studies, discusses its implications for the societal adoption of new health technology received from the United States and other industrialized nations. The example of the successful application of cervical cancer exams in rural and urban clinics of the Eastern Cape is analyzed and institutional mechanisms that support successful transfer are identified.  相似文献

This paper examines technology transfer within China. The Chinese government is currently placing great emphasis on developing indigenous scientific and technological capacity. In order to expedite the strengthening of science and technology capabilities, the government is promoting extraordinary measures designed to enhance the diffusion of technology within China. Special attention is focusing on strengthening the links between the academic, industrial, and defense sectors. In addition, the government is experimenting with policies commonly used in the West that encourage decentralization and the taking of local initiative. Although China's concern with technology transfer is very recent, it appears that the new technology transfer policies are having an immediate positive effect.  相似文献
