上海地区青少年“涉黑”犯罪实证研究

通过调查发现,上海地区的青少年“涉黑”犯罪具有不是“涉黑”犯罪组织的最重要成分;在犯罪组织中大多处于从属地位,外来青少年所占比例突出,更易受到罪犯之间裙带关系的影响,绝大部分“涉黑”青少年无前科,犯罪类型多样等等特点。

非社会性行为：儿童社会化研究的新视角

儿童社会化中的行为与发展研究范畴,大多局限于儿童的亲社会行为和反社会行为,而忽略了对非社会性行为的研究。非社会性行为,是儿童社会化发展中的重要范畴。典型的非社会性行为主要表现为内向性行为和逃避性行为。虽然它们会随年龄增长而消失,但它们潜隐着问题障碍乃至反社会危机。为此,要充分认识儿童期行为发展的重要性,及时识别与诊断儿童早期行为发展,激活儿童内在的成长机制,尊重与信任儿童的自我建构性发展。要善于挖掘儿童潜能,帮助儿童增添成功体验,让他们发现并创造自己的有价值的生活。     

女性就业歧视公益诉讼制度法律机理研究

现行法律对女性就业歧视司法救济的规定不足,难以解决女性劳动者力量弱小、举证难、现有诉讼制度不足等问题。为进一步保障我国女性平等就业,需要构建女性就业歧视公益诉讼制度,从正当性、必要性、可行性分析其的法理基础。并对该制度的构建进行初步探究:原告资格以工会、妇女联合会等社会组织为主,新增专门的平等就业管理机构;举证责任在当事人之间合理分配;抗辩事由应包括劳动保护措施、真实职业资格、小微企业豁免制度等;法律责任形式从民事责任和行政责任两方面进行规范。     

Positive and Negative Emotions: Differential Associations with Sleep Duration and Quality in Adolescents

Despite positive and negative emotions being equally important predictors of adolescent wellbeing, research examining positive emotions is limited. In 4582 adolescents (69.4% females; age M?±?SD?=?14.55?±?1.74 years), we used structural equation modelling to examine associations between self-reported sleep duration and quality with positive affect, negative affect, and happiness, controlling for age and sex. Overall, sleep quality displayed stronger associations with all measures of emotions compared to sleep duration. Shorter sleep was more specifically associated with lower positive emotions (happiness, followed by positive affect), whereas poorer sleep showed stronger associations with negative affect. Protecting sleep duration may promote positive emotions and enhancing sleep quality may reduce mood disturbances. Future research could incorporate both positive and negative emotions to better understand adolescents’ wellbeing.

论文分析2020年台湾地区“二合一”选举结果及其对政党政治的影响。根据2016年以来三次选举中不同政党得票情况的起伏变化,观察“蓝、绿”和南北政治光谱的周期性变化规律,评估政党内部因素和外部环境对岛内选举结果的短期效应和长期影响,进而展望台湾政党政治的未来发展趋势。     

Simplified Direct PCR Method for Reference Buccal Samples Using a Non-FTA Card by Omitting the Pretreatment Step

When using non-FTA cards in commercial multiplex STR kits for direct PCR, pretreatment steps with specific buffers are recommended. Here, we designed a rapid direct PCR method utilizing a non-FTA card, Oral Cell Sampling Kit, by omitting the pretreatment step involving Prep-n-Go™ Buffer, and it showed compatibility with the GlobalFiler™ Express PCR Amplification Kit, GlobalFiler™ PCR Amplification Kit, and PowerPlex^® Fusion system. To optimize the PCR conditions, we tested the method with different final PCR volumes and cycles. Finally, we conducted a performance test using 50 Korean buccal samples and confirmed the high performance of the method, detecting more than 90% of the samples with full profiles when using GlobalFiler™ PCR Amplification Kit and PowerPlex^® Fusion system at 29 cycles in a 10 μL final PCR volume. Thus, we report a simple direct PCR set-up to analyze reference samples collected using a non-FTA card manufactured in Korea.
