自然人破产能力研究

自然人破产能力是我国当前破产法理论和破产立法亟待解决的重大问题。本文在分析自然人破产能力的历史发展以及自然人破产存在的根源后指出：在我国,确立自然人破产能力不仅是经济发展的现实需求,同时也是改革开放、完善破产制度的必然选择。

通过对公司内部的董事高管、股东的利益与公司利益的比较可知.股东和董事的利益与公司利益存在着偏差,而公司法则起着整合公司股东与董事的利益并使其合力朝着公司的最大利益方向前进的掌舵作用.     

Sino-Mongolian Security Cooperation

The security situation in western China has been attracting the concern of neighboring countries. Transnational ethnic groups, Kazakhs and Mongolians, are located in western Mongolia and western China. Although Mongolia has not yet witnessed any acts of terrorism and even though the Mongolian-China border is peaceful, the two countries need to be alert to terrorist attacks, given the growing cross-border trade, direct exchanges between local governments, and communications between border residents. The two countries should therefore take note of the changes in the security situation when they cooperate with each other.

安全经济学：农民工市民化行为的文化逻辑

在农民工市民化研究中,结构解释与文化解释构成了农民工行为分析的主要逻辑。但是,我国目前相关研究主要集中在结构解释范式之上,而对农民工自身的文化逻辑分析相对不足。通过对既有小农行动逻辑理论的分析可以看出,农民工在市民化进程中,遵照“安全第一”与理性选择原则,建构起了一种生存层面安全、经济技术层面安全以及社会文化价值层面安全三者统一的安全经济学。这为地方政府制度建构与制度过密化防范提供了切入点。

The Changing Faces of Europeanisation: How Did the European Union Influence Corruption in Slovakia Before and After Accession?

The paper looks at the European Union's impact on corruption in Slovakia, both before and after the country's accession to the European Union. It shows that even though pre-accession channels of influence diminish or disappear, membership brings new means of influence. Our methodology looks beyond institutional changes and explicit anti-corruption mechanisms. Before 1999, the European Union's influence on corruption was close to zero, and between 1999 and 2004, its influence was strong and positive. Post-accession developments are more ambiguous, but despite an apparent worsening of corruption after 2004, we observe a transformation rather than a loss of European Union influence.     

A Biopsychosocial Model of Body Image Concerns and Disordered Eating in Early Adolescent Girls

Body image and eating concerns are prevalent among early adolescent girls, and associated with biological, psychological and sociocultural risk factors. To date, explorations of biopsychosocial models of body image concerns and disordered eating in early adolescent girls are lacking. A sample of 488 early adolescent girls, mean age = 12.35 years (SD = 0.53), completed a questionnaire assessing depressive symptoms, self-esteem, body mass index (BMI), sociocultural appearance pressures, thin-ideal internalization, appearance comparison, body image concerns and disordered eating. Structural equation modelling was conducted to test a hypothetical model in which internalization and comparison were mediators of the effect of both negative affect and sociocultural influences on body image concerns and disordered eating. In addition, the model proposed that BMI would impact body image concerns. Although the initial model was a poor fit to the data, the fit was improved after the addition of a direct pathway between negative affect and bulimic symptoms. The final model explained a large to moderate proportion of the variance in body image and eating concerns. This study supports the role of negative affect in biopsychosocial models of the development of body image concerns and disordered eating in early adolescent girls. Interventions including strategies to address negative affect as well as sociocultural appearance pressures may help decrease the risk for body image concerns and disordered eating among this age group.
