从南方谈话到“三个代表”——在实践中丰富和发展马克思主义

10年前的早春,改革开放的总设计师邓小平发表南方谈话,为建设有中国特色社会主义进程中一系列重大理论与实践问题作了极其深刻、精辟的论述,丰富和发展了马克思主义,将改革开放和现代化建设事业推进到一个新阶段.     

行为金融理论的发展与前景探析

文章首先指出行为金融理论与传统金融理论争论的核心是有效市场假说,并用行为金融理论合理地解释了传统金融理论无法解释的异象。行为金融理论认为,市场并不是完全有效的,人也不是完全理性的,投资者的决策行为受到心理因素的影响。文章介绍了行为金融理论下投资者的决策心理特征、投资决策中存在的各种偏好、及由此造成的行为认知偏差。行为金融研究投资策略的目标就是要有效的利用这些偏差来获得超额利润。

基于内存中的网络传输数据结构获取电子数据

电子数据取证实践中,获取嫌疑人进行网络信息传输涉及的IP地址、端口号、MAC地址以及对应进程信息,有助于全面深入揭示嫌疑人网络犯罪行为。基于IPv4首部、sockaddr_in、_TCPT_OBJECT、Ethernet V2标准MAC帧等四种数据结构于内存中的具体格式,归纳总结用于定位相关结构的特征关键字,同时通过实例说明提取网络传输电子证据的方法,并对过程中涉及的具体技术与注意事项予以阐述。电子数据取证实践证明,所述方法准确高效。     

国际货物运输的世纪条约——再评《鹿特丹规则》

联合国新通过的《鹿特丹规则》,在内容上有很大变化,引入了不少新的概念,创设了一些新的制度,是一部调整海上货物运输及多式联运的世纪公约。我国应推动该公约尽早生效,并适时地加入公约,以促进我国航运业和国际贸易的发展。

Race,Class, and Values in Post-New Deal Presidential Politics: Inverted Class Loyalties as a Trend in Presidential Elections, 2000–2012

This article analyzes the role of race, class, and values as a determinant of voting behavior in recent presidential elections. Over the past decade the What's the Matter with Kansas? thesis has been cited to argue that the culture wars over social issues (civil rights, homosexual rights, feminism, gun control) have inverted the class determinant of partisan choice to the point where lower-income white voters favor the Republican Party while professionals have shifted toward the Democratic Party. The article concludes that there is significant evidence that the class loyalties as determinants of partisan identity established by the New Deal have been superseded by values-driven imperatives, which are themselves trumped by racial identities. As a result, traditionally Democratic pre-materialist white blue-collar constituencies have moved toward the Republican Party, while the opposite has occurred in traditionally Republican post-materialist suburban constituencies.     

The Changing Faces of Europeanisation: How Did the European Union Influence Corruption in Slovakia Before and After Accession?

The paper looks at the European Union's impact on corruption in Slovakia, both before and after the country's accession to the European Union. It shows that even though pre-accession channels of influence diminish or disappear, membership brings new means of influence. Our methodology looks beyond institutional changes and explicit anti-corruption mechanisms. Before 1999, the European Union's influence on corruption was close to zero, and between 1999 and 2004, its influence was strong and positive. Post-accession developments are more ambiguous, but despite an apparent worsening of corruption after 2004, we observe a transformation rather than a loss of European Union influence.     

A Biopsychosocial Model of Body Image Concerns and Disordered Eating in Early Adolescent Girls

Body image and eating concerns are prevalent among early adolescent girls, and associated with biological, psychological and sociocultural risk factors. To date, explorations of biopsychosocial models of body image concerns and disordered eating in early adolescent girls are lacking. A sample of 488 early adolescent girls, mean age = 12.35 years (SD = 0.53), completed a questionnaire assessing depressive symptoms, self-esteem, body mass index (BMI), sociocultural appearance pressures, thin-ideal internalization, appearance comparison, body image concerns and disordered eating. Structural equation modelling was conducted to test a hypothetical model in which internalization and comparison were mediators of the effect of both negative affect and sociocultural influences on body image concerns and disordered eating. In addition, the model proposed that BMI would impact body image concerns. Although the initial model was a poor fit to the data, the fit was improved after the addition of a direct pathway between negative affect and bulimic symptoms. The final model explained a large to moderate proportion of the variance in body image and eating concerns. This study supports the role of negative affect in biopsychosocial models of the development of body image concerns and disordered eating in early adolescent girls. Interventions including strategies to address negative affect as well as sociocultural appearance pressures may help decrease the risk for body image concerns and disordered eating among this age group.     

美国大学对学生作弊的治理及其启示

美国的大学生作弊现象层出不穷,严重威胁着社会的主流价值。为应对这种挑战,大学校方采取了制定并执行"荣誉行为准则"等治理措施,收到了一定的效果。这对我国的大学具有一定的启示借鉴作用。
