根据定点突变的原理 ,获得包含有口蹄疫病毒P1、2A、3C及部分 2B编码区的目的基因片段 ,经KpnⅠ和XbaⅠ双酶切后 ,与经同样处理的真核表达质粒载体 pcDNA3.1(+ )连接。经鉴定及DNA序列分析 ,口蹄疫病毒目的基因片段已被正确克隆到真核表达质粒载体pcDNA3.1(+ )上 ,且目的基因上的XbaⅠ位点成功突变

Rare and Severe Maxillofacial Injury Due to Tear Gas Capsules: Report of Three Cases

Tear gases are used by police or armed forces for control of riots or social events or by the general population for private self‐defense. These agents are used widely throughout the world, but some harmful effects have reported. In addition, despite well‐defined chemical side effects documented in the literature, data are insufficient regarding mechanical injury due to tear gas capsules. We report three cases of severe maxillofacial injury in patients who had these capsules fired from tear gas guns directly to their faces. The capsules penetrated the patients' faces, causing potentially fatal injuries. To our knowledge, reports of this kind of injury related to tear gas capsules are very rare in the literature. In conclusion, tear gas guns may be very dangerous in terms of human health and they may cause severe injuries, especially when they are not used according to strict guidelines.     

Abd-el-Krim al-Khattabi: The Unknown Mentor of Che Guevara

Abd-el-Krim al-Khattabi's guerilla tactics are said to have influenced several renowned revolutionaries, such as Ho Chi Minh and Mao Zedong. There is evidence that Che Guevara equally employed at least some of the tactics and methods, which were devised by the Rifis. After all, Alberto Bayo, the much respected guerilla trainer of Che, had fought during his military career for a relatively long period of time against the Rifis. Castro, yet another role model for Che, mentions in his biography that he read about the battle of Annual, one of the most successful attacks against the Spanish initiated by Abd-el-Krim in 1921. There are also claims that Che had met Abd-el-Krim in 1959 in Cairo. Castro does not mention that he had discussed with Che anything about his readings on the Rif War, but he clearly states that Bayo used to teach in his camp guerilla methods that he had encountered during his assignments in Morocco. However, neither Bayo nor Che (or their biographers) mention that any of the tactics imparted during the training were from the time of Abd-el-Krim's struggle. The only person praised by both men is the Nicaraguan rebel leader Augusto César Sandino. This article compares the tactical teachings of Bayo as well as the operational methods used by Che during his battles in Cuba with the methods applied by the Rifis under Abd-el-Krim's leadership, and highlights a number of tactical similarities. It also finds that the guerilla tactics applied by Sandino have little in common with the methods described by Bayo.     

Contemporary Women’s Autofiction as Critique of Postfeminist Discourse

ABSTRACT

While commentaries on the phenomenon of postfeminism have centred on its manifestations in media and popular culture, this article highlights the potential of literature for extending existing debates within postfeminist studies. I argue that the emergence of contemporary women’s autofiction offers the possibility of a literary response to the individualising narrative of a neoliberal and postfeminist sensibility. I advance this contention via an analysis of two texts: Sheila Heti’s How Should A Person Be? (2012) and Jenny Offill’s Dept. of Speculation (2014). Their writing practice is resolutely political because it employs the confessional mode, as indebted to the emancipatory roots of the feminist movement, to reflect on the enduring marginality of female artistic identity. By foregrounding the inherently provisional nature of their being, both texts emphasise that the search for a viable artistic consciousness and experiments in artistic method are as crucial as the final product itself, especially when the definition of woman as artist still remains contested. I thus locate the existence of these texts in a wider social imaginary conducive for feminist organising. In this respect, the rising popularity of contemporary women’s autofiction may offer strategies crucial for remediating an otherwise diminished feminist politics of the present.

口蹄疫病毒诱导的牛α -干扰素基因cDNA的克隆及序列分析

参照已发表的牛α 干扰素基因cDNA序列设计了 1对引物 ,用感染口蹄疫病毒的牛外周血为材料 ,提取总RNA。经RT PCR ,获得与预期大小相符的DNA片段。所获得的PCR产物长度是 6 0 4bp ,与参考序列的同源性是 99.7%。第 2 3位～ 91位的 6 9个碱基为信号肽序列 ,编码2 3个氨基酸。与参考序列比较 ,第 4 3位的碱基由C变为A ,即由TTC→TTA ,对应的氨基酸由苯丙氨酸 (F)变为亮氨酸 (L)。第 4 5位的碱基由G变为C ,即由CGA→CCA ,对应的氨基酸由精氨酸(R)变为脯氨酸 (P)。第 92～ 5 89位的 4 98个碱基为牛α 干扰素成熟蛋白基因序列 ,编码 16 6个氨基酸 ,与参考序列完全相同 ,即同源性为 10 0 %。第 5 90～ 5 92位的碱基为TGA终止子。整个牛α 干扰素前体蛋白基因共 5 70个碱基 ,编码 189个氨基酸     

公众人物隐私权的限制和保护

自然人的隐私权依法应受保护。公众人物因其事业与社会和大众的关系密切，基于公共利益、新闻价值或公众的合理兴趣，有必要对其隐私权进行适度限制。但是，在对公众人物隐私权进行限制的同时，也应对其进行必要的保护。公众人物住宅不受非法侵入或侵扰，其私生活不受监听监视，公众人物享有通信秘密和自由，公众人物夫妻两性生活不受他人干扰或调查，公众人物有权享受与公众的合理兴趣完全无关的纯粹个人私事的秘密或安宁。
