从"因材施教"到"教学相长"——高校学生社团"参与式形势政策课授课模式"探究

信息时代背景下,知识传递方式发生了重大变化,使传统的形势政策课“施教”模式受到了冲击。新时期,高校学生社团凭借其群众基础广泛、活动形式灵活等优势而成为高校学生成长成才的新平台。形势政策课与学生社团都具有鲜明的“与时俱进”特征。将学生社团活动与形势政策课教学相结合,可以有效提高形势政策课教学效果,推动形势政策课教学与学生社团活动的共同发展。     

An analysis of how the police ‘caution’ is presented to juvenile suspects in England

In England and Wales, suspects must be given a police caution before they are questioned. The purpose of the caution is to explain a suspect's right to silence as a protection against self-incrimination. However, the evidence on whether the caution fulfils its purpose is limited. The aim of the present study was to describe how cautions were delivered in interviews with juvenile suspects in England. First, the study set out to describe how the caution was delivered to suspects during actual police interviews. Second, the study examined whether suspects claimed or demonstrated understanding of the caution. Third, the study analysed how the caution was explained by police officers. In total, the study examined 38 cautions from 31 interviews. The results indicated that police officers delivered the caution at a speed that is likely to be too fast for juvenile suspects to comprehend. Juvenile suspects often claimed to understand the caution, but when asked, failed to demonstrate comprehension. On the other hand, police officers often explained the caution to juvenile suspects, but not always correctly. Both suspects’ and police officers’ explanations of the caution revealed several misconceptions. The results suggest that the caution may not safeguard suspects as intended.     

关于《妇女权益保障法》实施机制的几点思考——兼评《妇女权益保障法》修正案

1992年通过的《中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法》将男女平等原则奉为神圣,但是在其实施的这十多年间,并没有获得保护妇女权益的理想效果,其主要原因是缺乏相应的实施机制。该法修正案虽然有所进步,但仍不尽人意。笔者认为,该法若要在实践中发挥作用,必须具备较完善的实施机制,表现在:其一,应有明确的实施机构且具有一定的处罚权;其二,应赋予受害妇女广泛的诉权;其三,应建立针对执法人员的关于社会性别意识的培训制度。     

Profiles of urine samples from participants at rave party in Taiwan: prevalence of ketamine and MDMA abuse

Drug abuse patterns are different due to cultural, social and geographical differences. Methamphetamine (MA) is the most important drug of abuse in Taiwan followed by opiates. Recently, there has been an increase of ketamine and MDMA abuse in disco dancing clubs. Here, we report the patterns of drug abuse by the participants in a metropolitan city disco-dancing club and the general public in Taiwan. The positive rates of common drugs of abuse detected in samples collected from participants in a dancing club were as follows: MDMA, 75.7%; ketamine, 47.0%; MA, 41.6%; opiates, 0%. Marijuana and cocaine were detected at much lower rates (3.4 and 4.7%, respectively). Ketamine and one of the amphetamines were detected together in 42.9% of the samples. The positive rates in samples collected from police detainees suspected of drug abuse in the general public were as follows: MA, 76.0%; OPA, 37.0%; MDMA, 6.0%; ketamine, 2.0%.     

The political economy of banking reforms in China, 1993–1997

The weakness of China's banking system poses a serious threat to the sustainability of the country's economic development. This article measures the extent of this weakness and analyzes its causes. It focuses especially on the structural changes in the banking sector, the economic crisis of 1992–1993, and the subsequent financial reforms implemented. The evidence gathered by the author shows that the banking reforms initiated since 1994 have produced mixed results. Although central bank autonomy and bank supervision have improved, political, economic, and institutional constraints have prevented the government from taking more decisive measures to re‐capitalize banks, restructure the debt of state‐owned enterprises, and increase competition in the banking sector quickly. Despite the apparent effectiveness of the short‐term measures taken to bolster public confidence in the banking system, China's banking reform will be a difficult and prolonged process.     

论马克思主义哲学对康德哲学的超越

康德哲学不能作为认识论哲学来解读 ,其“哥白尼式的革命”不是皮相地颠倒认识上的主客体关系 ,如斯 ,则启蒙哲学的精神匆匆擦肩而过。康德哲学是对传统哲学的扬弃 ,实体主义的思维范式作为独断论被解构。康德在追问先天综合判断如何可能的基础上 ,通过对范畴的形而上学演绎提出来了胡塞尔现象学蕴涵的意识意向性结构 ,但这只是一种超越自然主义的实体属性模式的先声 ,马克思承继了康德的努力 ,人的本质力量对象性活动 (实践 )彻底地瓦解了作为内在性之主体性 ,从而真正地回到了人与世界的原处关联。     

人类DNA小卫星区域RNA探针制备及应用的研究(Ⅰ)──pGEM-4Z-MYO亚克隆的构建

利用DNA重组技术，由pUC19－MYO质粒中获得MYO小卫星DNA探针片段，将其插入到具有RNA聚合酶启动子的pGEM－4Z质粒的多克隆位点，从而构建了pGEM－4Z一MYO亚克隆，为制备RNA探针并将其应用于DNA指纹检测，提高DNA指纹的敏感性和小卫星DNA多态性的检出率奠定了基础。     

计算机网络犯罪及其防范

计算机网络犯罪是指对计算机网络系统的攻击和破坏或利用计算机网络进行的各种刑事犯罪活动。它具有作案手段智能化高、隐蔽性强,作案风险小而获益大,侵害的目标较集中,犯罪后果严重,社会危害性大等特点,司法部门该如何应对,是一个既紧迫又需长期研究的问题。     

论检察机关提起环境行政公益诉讼制度的构建——以司法体制改革,行政诉讼法修正案的通过为契机

在现实生活中,环境污染日益严重,对人类生活和健康造成了严重的消极影响,政府的不作为对环境的恶化有很大的推动作用,在我国建立环境行政公益诉讼制度势在必行。在破坏公共环境的行政违法案件中,迫切需要一个适格的主体代表国家提起环境行政公益诉讼,今年十八届四中全会在司法体制改革的内容中提到"探索建立检察机关提起公益诉讼制度",所以本文抓住这一契机,围绕检察机关作为适格主体提起环境行政公益诉讼进行展开,对我国深入贯彻依法治国理念有重要意义。     

严肃党内政治生活与党风廉政建设

严肃党内政治生活是中国共产党九十多年来管党治党经验的理论提升,对于保持党的先进性、纯洁性,推进党风廉政建设具有重大而深远的意义。严肃党内政治生活有助于共产党人精神补钙,提高共产党员抵制腐朽思想的自觉性;有助于执行好民主集中制原则,增强拒腐防变和抵御风险能力;有助于严格执行党规党纪,杜绝腐败现象滋生;有助于提升党内监督水平,依靠党的自身力量克服各种腐败现象的发生。当前,党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争依然面临着严峻复杂的形势,必须落实严肃党内政治生活责任主体,贵在经常、重在认真、要在细节。
