菲律宾与印度尼西亚民主转型原因之异同——对《第三波》转型原因观点的验证

第三波民主化浪潮已进入民主巩固阶段,对过去转型的分析有助于对现阶段民主巩固问题的理解.地处东南亚地区的菲律宾与印度尼西亚提供了可资比较的民主转型经验,以亨廷顿<第三波--20世纪后期民主化浪潮>中关于民主转型原因--威权政体政绩与合法性下降、经济发展水平提高、宗教变化、外部因素直接影响和示范效应等五个因素分析为基础,菲律宾与印度尼西亚的比较可以得出结论:威权政体政绩与合法性下降这一因素可能是第三波民主化转型的普遍原因,而经济发展水平提高、宗教变化、外部因素直接影响和示范效应等四个因素可能只是适用范围较小的民主转型原因.     

Goodbye to All That

This article is the retirement reflections of an MP of thirty‐eight year's standing. The story is mainly one of the decline of the Commons, a decline in the number of ‘big beasts’ and in the calibre of members and the quality of debates to the level of five‐minute harangues and the custard pie‐throwing of Prime Minister's Question Time. The House has lost its functions of staging the national debate and checking the executive to the media but has gained a new role as a national audit of government's performance and policies through the select committee system. MPs are working harder. Fewer now have outside jobs. They are more focused on their constituencies and though they have fewer powers there, and nationally more and better staff, they also have less respect and less influence. Personally, the end of what has been a long‐fighting national retreat from social democracy has been a rear‐guard action against the emergence of a colder, harder, neoliberal world. Retirement means relegation to watching that from the sidelines, not ringside.     

Comment on Parkinson and Cashmore's (2015) Research and Proposal for Reforming Child Custody Relocation Law: Child Custody Evaluator and Psychological Perspecitve

Parkinson and Cashmore ( 2015 ) described their innovative, qualitative, and longitudinal research program on the experience of Australian families involved in relocation family law litigation. This constructive comment discusses the value and limitations of their main findings. Parkinson and Cashmore's approach is contrasted with the excellent quantitative research on the effects of residential mobility on children of divorce. The author disagrees with Parkinson and Cashmore's position of opposing the use of relocation factors in statute and/or case law so as to not hinder the exercise of judicial discretion any further, but agrees with their integration of the least detrimental alternative concept into a relocation analysis.     

Y chromosome STR haplotypes of Tibetan Living Tibet Lassa

Allele frequencies and haplotypes of the 17 Y-chromosome STRs loci, namely DYS19, DYS385a/b, DYS389I, DYS389II, DYS390, DYS391, DYS392, DYS393, DYS437, DYS438, DYS439, DYS448, DYS456, DYS458, DYS635 (YGATA C4), and YGATA H4 were determined in a sample of 131 healthy unrelated males from the Lassa area of Tibet Autonomy Region of China (SW China). In 131 samples 106 different haplotypes were encountered, of which 105 were observed only once. The overall haplotype diversity was 0.9998. The results demonstrate that these loci will be very useful for human identification in forensic cases and paternity tests in the Lassa region.

自由贸易区——南亚区域合作走向成功的关键

本文首先简要介绍了南亚自由贸易区减税减让步骤和相关问题的谈判,然后论证了自由贸易区将促进南亚国家间的经济合作,有利地区和平稳定与发展,同时分析了自由贸易区发展中存在的推动和制约因素,结论认为自由贸易区的成败将直接决定南亚区域合作未来的成败。     

儿宝颗粒对小儿厌食症动物模型下丘脑CCK-8和β-EP的调节作用

目的:研究运脾复方儿宝颗粒对小儿厌食症动物模型下丘脑CCK8和βEP的调节作用。方法:模拟小儿厌食症的主要病因制作幼龄大鼠厌食模型,用儿宝颗粒治疗,用放射免疫检测技术测定实验动物下丘脑CCK8和βEP的含量。结果:模型动物下丘脑CCK8浓度显著增高(P<0.05),βEP浓度无明显变化(P>0.05);儿宝颗粒治疗组CCK8含量恢复正常,βEP含量显著增高(P<0.01)。结论:儿宝颗粒能明显抑制该模型下丘脑CCK8分泌,同时促进下丘脑βEP分泌。     

我国检察学研究的现状与前瞻

近年来的检察学研究成果突出,回应了理论挑战,适应了实践需求,完善了理论体系。但其存在研究深度不够,以及部门性较强、公允性不足两大问题。中国检察制度建设面临新的机遇与挑战,检察理论研究面临新的课题。为了保持理论的公允性与说服力,检察学研究应当确立系统思维,坚持谦抑原则;应当超越角色局限,不忘"客观义务;"应当养成理性思维,尊重司法规律;应当注意分寸把握,恪守真理界限。同时,检察学研究应实现应用研究与基础研究的双向拓展与改进,应当拓宽视野形成有深度、更大气的检察理论。
