20世纪80年代以来的回族女性研究述评

回族女性研究是回族研究的重要组成部分,但与其他研究相比,无论从理论上、方法上,还是从研究范围、研究内容上都显得较为薄弱。近几年来,回族女性研究取得了很大的发展,本文以历史为线索,回顾回族女性研究的曲折道路,在追溯中总结其成功的经验,反思其存在的不足,在反思中探索回族女性研究的新方法、新视野。     

Suicidal deaths in childhood and adolescence

Suicide has been reported as the second or third most common cause of death in children and adolescents worldwide. In this study, cases of under the age of 19 years submitted to the Institute of Forensic Medicine, First Specialization Board between 1996 and 2000 as suicides by the Board were evaluated retrospectively. The cases included in this study were the cases bearing locally questionable components, so had been submitted to the evaluations by the Board in order to eradicate the doubts. A total of 43 cases were investigated regarding age, gender, cause of death, manner of death, place of death, time of death, and the risk factors. Of the 43 cases evaluated, 31 cases were female and 12 cases were male. The notable suicide method was found to be firearms. Although it was clear that that not all of the suicide cases in this age group had been submitted to the Institute of Forensic Medicine, the most striking result of this study, nevertheless, was that girls constituted the 72% of suicidal deaths in this age group.     

Y-STR haplotypes in Central Anatolia region of Turkey

Allele frequencies and haplotypes of the 11 Y-chromosome STRs loci, namely DYS19, DYS385a/b, DYS389I/II, DYS390, DYS391, DYS392, DYS393, DYS438, and DYS439 were determined in a sample of 113 unrelated males from the Central Anatolia region of Turkey. In the 113 samples 106 different haplotypes were encountered, of which 100 were observed only once. The overall haplotype diversity was 0.9987. In the study, a duplication at locus DYS19 and locus DYS393 was observed. The results demonstrate that these loci will be very useful for human identification in forensic cases and paternity tests in the Central Anatolia region.

应急法治是考验国家治理体系和能力现代化的试金石之一,应急法治调整对象的宽泛化要求运用类型化方法,由全民反恐入手,重点治理社会安全事件。"总体国家安全观"高屋建瓴、应运而生,蕴含着以民为本、良法善治和公私相济三大价值,成为引领我国应急法治建设的新航标。良法善治的安全观首先要求发挥政府的主导作用,着力塑造整体联动的应急治理机制,逐步完善行政应急法律体系,提高公安警察的执法水平;同时,以民为本、公私相济的安全观契合"政府与公民关系平等化"的法治追求,鼓励广泛的公众参与,提倡治安承包的再推广。     

金大中"阳光政策"的两难处境与当前的朝鲜半岛形势

由于"9.11"事件的发生,美国的军事外交战略发生了的重大变化,而布什在今年1月29日发表的"国情咨文"中又公开点名朝鲜,伊拉克,伊朗为"邪恶轴心",从此朝鲜半岛的形势开始震荡起来.韩国政府和美国布什政府在朝鲜半岛问题上产生了裂痕.本文分析了金大中"阳光政策"遇到的困难和朝鲜半岛形势的症结所在以及可预见的前景.

An island unmixed: European military intervention and the displacement of Crete's Muslims, 1896–1908

This article examines the displacement of the majority of Crete's Muslim population after an upheaval led to the establishment of an autonomous regime on the island in 1898, following the military intervention by a coalition of European powers (Britain, France, Italy and Russia). By drawing a connection between Cretan topography and the type of intervention, I argue that the coalition's policies played a central role in Muslim emigration from the greatest Ottoman island. The article highlights the sectarian lens through which the European decision-makers regarded relations between the island's Christian and Muslim populations. In so doing, it makes a contribution to the history of European intervention in the Ottoman Empire. The final section offers a glimpse into the diminished Muslim minority under the autonomous regime, which was established after Abdülhamid II withdrew his soldiers from Crete, signifying de facto termination of Ottoman sovereignty on the island.
