目的:观察养肝益水颗粒对高血压早期肾损害患者尿清蛋白排泄率(urinary albumin ex-cretion ratio,UAER)、尿微量清蛋白(microalbuminuria,MA)、β2微球蛋白(β2-microglobulin,β2-MG)、α1微球蛋白(α1-microglobulin,α1-MG)、转铁蛋白(transferrin,TRF),免疫球蛋白G(immu-noglobulin G,IgGu)的影响.方法:选择80例符合中医辨证的高血压早期肾损害患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组.两组均给予常规降压治疗.治疗组同时加服养肝益水颗粒.两组疗程均为4周.分别于治疗前和治疗4周后进行UAER、MA、α1-MG、β2-MG、TRF、IgGu测定.结果:治疗后两组UAER、MA、α1-MG、β2MG、TRF、IgGu水平均显著下降,且治疗组与对照纽比较,上述指标的差异具有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:养肝益水颗粒具有减少高血压早期肾损害尿微量蛋白排出的作用. 相似文献

20世纪六十年代以来,传统的公民社会理论出现了转向,以哈贝马斯为先导的“公民社会-经济-国家”三分法的出现,与志愿组织在全球的发端和壮大的现实形成了紧密的契合。志愿组织成为当代公民社会研究的主体和核心要素。志愿组织是培育公民精神的载体、公民参与和意见表达的平台、公民社会与国家沟通的中介,并能够创造基层社会资本,对公民社会的构建起到至关重要的作用。在经济、政治、社会体制、文化因素的多重作用下,中国志愿组织和公民社会的发展体现为以政府为主导的自上而下的发展进程。 相似文献

Despite the burdens that students and institutions assume when underwriting educational careers, very little is known about
completion rates, risk factors, and successful strategies of criminology/criminal justice (CCJ) graduate programs. Consequently,
the present study tracks 287 master’s and 70 doctoral students who entered the Florida State University CCJ program during
the 1991–2000 academic years. Almost two-thirds of this cohort earned an advanced degree. Younger students with higher GRE
scores were more likely to complete the master’s program. Successful doctoral degree recipients tended to have lower GRE scores,
be non-White, and earn their master’s degrees in-house. In terms of time-to-degree, it took over two years to earn an M.A.
and slightly more than six years to negotiate the Ph.D. Implications are explored for the program, the university, and the

Drawing on fieldwork and political theory with Lacanian psychoanalytic influences, this article analyzes how fantasy and fetishes help sustain strategies shown to be no solution to U.S. border control problems. More than a decade after the official launch of the border control paradigm of “prevention through deterrence,” predicated on the assumption that ramping up walls, barriers, policing, and the human costs of border crossing would deter, there has been scant evidence of deterrence and much evidence of diversion of migrants to more dangerous crossing points where death rates have soared. Attempts to mitigate the cost to life have also proved ineffective but have persisted alongside the policy of diversion. The article is based on research in a region where the reality of diversion and death instead of deterrence was lived but where people still pursue projects of barrier‐building and death mitigation that they know to be ineffective. The article analyzes how fantasy fuels action despite knowledge and occludes a traumatic element around which the symbolic order of border law is structured: the foundation of “good life” with its bounty of rights, privileges, and opportunity on the exclusion of basic life denuded of the entitlements that make the good life sweet. The article also examines how fetishes are used to cope with unrealized hopes and to diffuse the impact of the traumatic knowledge that good life is undergirded by the exclusion and even death of basic life. 相似文献
